I Booked flight ticket for my son from Bangalore to Durgapur vide PNR MGVLQL , Date of journey 22.01.2022 and paid the amount of Ticket Rs 5437/- with no cancellation charges from Axis Bank Credit Card reference ID 2753455779.. As the flight is cancelled by Indigo for journey date 22.01.2022 . I cancelled the ticket but the amount not refunded to me .
After discussion with Indigo it came to know that the refund amount is transferred to Make my trip as the ticket was made from this APP .
You are requested to refund my amount with cancellation charges as the cancellation was made due to flight cancelled .

Hope will get the positive response soon

Appalling customer redress mechanism. Trying to reach out for last 15 days.

Myself Rajesh Nair, I had booked a ticket from New Delhi to Vadodara on 11.02.2022, with ticket PNR No. EMB4XJ which the ticket was cancelled and the Indigo has refunded the amount in two parts i.e. on 10.02.2022 of Rs. 1491 which had been credited in my account and the remaining amount of Rs. 6390 was refunded to travel agent, i.e MMT, on 15.02.2022 but till date it is pending and not reflecting in my account. So I kindly request you to do needful me as soon as possible.

Make My Trip help desk is useless. There is no way to contact any customer care officer so that I can get a resolution of my refund of my cancelled ticket. Indigo as an air line has refunded full amount to MMT but MMT has refunded me only a partial amount. All the mail address given in the MMT site seems to be fake and mails are bouncing back and not reaching to customer care department.

If some one can help me to get my refund, I will be highly oblized.

Booking ID NF7NR43K437UN2FC2866 (PNR IW1E9D).

I had cancelled my ticket which was booked through MMT. The cancellation was done directly through air lines as MMT site was not working properly at the time of cancellation. The ticket was booked under Flexi scheme and cancelled well in advance (10 days before the travel date). Indigo had returned full amount after deducting 500₹. But MMT has refund me partial amount.

I had mailed several times to the email id given in MMT sites but all mails are bouncing back. Request for support through help desk contact no is not having any options to speak to customer care manager. As a result the issue is still not resolved.

Seeking help for my full refund. My contact no is 9748743669.

I am Shubham Dubey, I made a reservation at hotel Rudra inn from your website for 13 Nov 22 from 9 am -6 pm. I reached there on time but the staff was not good and they were not having rooms available.
Late check-in and then the room which was provided to us was not clean and was in very bad condition. At the time of checkout, we informed them that they agreed and said it will not happen again.

The issues were:-
Late check-in
The staff was not helpful
The room was not clean
No water bottle and towel were provided after asking several times.
Having cockroaches in the room
The bathroom was dirty and the bombing area was broken.
The bed was in very bad condition.
The exhaust fan was not working.
TV was not in the room.
The bedsheets were dirty and had stains on them.
The mattresses were in poor condition.
The telephone was not there to ask for anything
Please check the images and do the needful.

They are Useless people, there is no contact no/email address where we can reach out to help desk for any refund issue. I have booked train ticket but it got canceled and till date the refund is pending. Its almost a year and they are not even responding to emails. Every where there are auto generated emails, stating contacting here and there to this desk and that desk.

We had booked on Indigo, our return trip to Doha from 13th to 16th Jan 2023 (both are the travel dates) as per booking details attached.
Initially we had booked priority seats on the Delhi – Doha sector @ Rs 1100/- each, and later upgraded to seats @ Rs 2500/- each and made full payment for both.

Accordingly, the difference of an amount of @ Rs 550/- per seat needs to be refunded to us. Total Rs 1100/-

Request the needful please be done/guide us how to recover this excess payment made to you.

Dear Make my Trip

We have booked the hotel on 18th Jan through Make my trip and get confirm booking with breakfast free. We have paid as per your tariff offered.

We have reached at hotel on pm hours and we have waited for 2 hours for room. We have contacted all make my trip land line nos and mobile no received from your website, only voice record got answer and no customer service attend the phone calls.

In this negligence we strongly oppose against Make my trip for this type of offers.
Hotel Worth not given any breakfast as per gust booked.
As many Make my trip customer was there with same problem at hotel.
First inform your good office for this type of harassment.

With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that under the booking reference number WVJ1JK, we have initiated an amount of INR 22,786/- to the virtual ID of the travel agency on OTBMM1. The refund has been initiated on (11th March 2023).

I have Cancelled my flight ticket on 11.03.2023 its 7 day pass away still refund amount has not been credited in my respected account. Please refund it soon.
