At night 10:15 pm your delivery agent calls me with his personal call that I received your order now so I will deliver to you tomorrow . The customer service team based in MP is really worse they just dont wanna help the people. And the delivery partner which picks up the product is also one of the worse courier company's i have communicated with its known as delivery courier. However people working in mumbai are really good and helpful.

It was my mistake to deal with amazon. After this refund ill delete my account as well and suggest all my frnds and family not to deal with amazon cuz of there worse service that i have been getting after being an prime customer.

I ordered a book called "cystitis unmasked" by James Malone Lee's in the month of Dec or January as I don't remember the exact date and month because I uninstalled my old account that's why I cannot check my previous order lists therefore I humbly request to please do the needful and that would be much appreciated! I ordered one product on 23rd March and made payment same day (order number 403-8177475-3798741) as per Amazon App shown delivery by 26th march but still not yet received product and i requested customer care department more than 3 time also but no response from sealer and customer care department.

We had taken the NS200 bike delivery on 11/1/2023 in LS motors, karungal, kanyakumari. They had said that they would complete the registration process within three days, But till now they did not start the process of registration. When we enquired about the registration process with them they were saying some unproper reasons.I was not happy with the Bajaj motors,very disappointed. so kindly enquire about the process of registration and solve ASAP.
