I umesh chaudhary an account holder of central bank of india, khalilabad, sant kabir nagar, uttar pardesh. I am writing this application to inform you that I have a complain against the employee of this branch. while they do not serve the customer properly and if asking for any queries they never solve and make a misbehavior with customer. many time I have gone for submitting my Adhaar card for accounts link,they refuse to entry my Adar number and asking me for OTP but it is working and always my Adar number is not doing link from account.
So please take any action against the employee.

Application to change mobile number
I want to change my registered number in my bank account of central bank of india, i submitted the application form twice in last 8 months but there is no respond to my application. so, please let me know should i shut my account in the bank. if not please do something for my application.

Debit card issue
Yesterday i tried to use my debit card for a transaction, only to find that it was declined. Since then, I have been unable to use my card for any purchases or in a ATM. This has caused significant disruption to my daily financial activities, as I rely heavily on my debit card for various transactions. I have checked my account balance and ensured that there are sufficient funds available.
I kindly request that you investigate the issue promptly and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
Cash not received
No resolution of my complaint. I got money from ATM9000: date11/05/2022 at 9 pm, stood there for 2 hours. Also complained to customer care number, account number 3311081567 but did not receive complaint number 4060341. solution was not satisfactory,
To deducted my account balance
On May 27th at 05:15 i was in atm to withdraw 15000 Rs but it was not done but when i checked... balance is cut from account.

Branch manager behave badly with customers
recent br.manager is not good in behave, everyday we are facing our clash with him, today me also faced same problem about why I have not given my RD maturity letter to him directly. I already gave to a staff present on duty one month ago. The matter became a wrangle later with me. The Manager has a big problem to conversation with his customers politely every time. I will close my 7 years account from Kumargram TG. Alipurduar, W.B. branch till a good well educated Manager will come.
New ATM card not received
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have lost my ATM card on Dec 2021 & I also applied ATM card in your bank , Bethapara branch on 22-12-2022 But till date not received My New ATM card nor received proper respond from mention branch.
Also note : Already cross six month but not get any solution.

Irresponsible and ruthless behaviour of bank staff
Dear sir,
I Rajeeb Mishra son of saving account holder late Bijaya Laxmi Mishra holding Saving Account No :- 3703168283 at Branch Nischintakoili, Dist: Cuttack ( IFSC CODE CBIN0284329 ) visited the branch on 23.06.22 and provided all the required document of the deceased and further requested to verify and transfer the amount to my personal account bearing no: 3227934793 of same branch before permanently closing the account. certainly, it was found that my account was inoperative hence on the same day i provided my KYC to activate the account for further transaction. I was assured by the branch manager that in 4 days verification at bank level will be cleared and as m the nominee mentioned in my mother's account i will be eligible to receive the amount. today i.e. 30.06.22, I again visited the branch to transfer the amount and to close the account but unfortunately the bank staff denied to do so as the account opening form of my mother was missing at their end, upon requesting the staff of the branch behaved very ruthlessly and ask to me go away. this is not the first time, same response was received on my first visit on 23.06.22. Is this the way to hold conversation with the customers particularly when the customer is asking for help and expecting quick service from the bank. The branch Manager didn't even neutralize the situation rather told me that it will take 3-4 days or even more as the bank opening form is missing. How irresponsible the bank staff were, they are not getting the form. Please do the needful and expect immediate action from your end as it is very urgent for me to withdraw the amount from the deceased account.

I Himanshu Kumar Pathak, I had applied for my mother's ATM in January 2022, which is not yet being given any information by the branch, whenever I go to the branch, I am told that the ATM applied in July 2021 If they don't come, then where will yours come from? And all the money on interest is being done, what is the way it is done. My mother has a pension account can I close the account? please answer.

Regarding non deposit of cash
Sir,
My savings account is in K K Degree College Etawah branch of Central Bank of India, while I stay at Friends Colony Etawah. There is Mandi, Etawah branch of Central Bank of India near Friends Colony, in Mandi Etawah branch, I went to deposit cash on 10.10.2022 and returned it to me saying time is over at 3.45 PM while counter Deposited the cash of another account holder from inside. When I said when there is no time for them then why there is no time for us, then Ms. Akanksha, sitting at the counter, said when I said that it will not happen, I said that if I will complain, then say that do whatever you want to do. Even before this, they return it by saying that deposit the same where you have the account.

Worst services and behaviour
The staff don't know anything.I created my account but didn't receive ATM card even after 6 months. Rude behaviour over phone calls. Manager itself doesn't respond properly. The usually think they are servicing as Civils Servants. Lady Staff is shouting over phone calls. They think that they should not complaint against them in mails. Online services are the worst I have seen. Mainly I faced this issue in Andhra Pradesh, Machilipatnam Central Bank.
Not able to get loan

मैंने मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत एमपी ऑनलाइन द्वारा एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म सम्मिट किया था स्व रोजगार कार्यालय छिंदवाड़ा के लिए मेरा फॉर्म स्व रोजगार कार्यालय छिंदवाड़ा द्वारा स्वीकृत कर लिया गया और मेरे पास कार्यालय द्वारा एक मैसेज भी आया कि आपका फॉर्म स्व रोजगार कार्यालय द्वारा स्वीकृत कर लिया गया है । और फिर एक दिन मैं बैंक शाखा मैं गया तो मैंने बैंक प्रबंधक जी को यह मैसेज दिखाया तो उन्होंने कहा की बाद में आना फिर कुछ समय बाद मेरे पास एक मैसेज और आया कि आपका आवेदन स्व रोजगार कार्यालय द्वारा स्वीकृत कर लिया गया है और यह बैंक को process किया जा रहा है फिर मेरे पास मैसेज आया की बैंक शाखा में जाकर संपर्क करें तो मैं बैंक शाखा गया और मैंने शाखा प्रबंधक जी को या मैसेज दिखाया तो उन्होंने कहा 15 दिन बाद आना फिर मैं 15 दिन बाद गया तो उन्होंने कहा 8 दिन बाद आना फिर मैं 8 दिन बाद गया तो मैंने कहा सर मैंने एमपी ऑनलाइन द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत फॉर्म सबमिट किया हूं और मेरे पास इस प्रकार से s.m.s. कार्यालय द्वारा प्राप्त हुए हैं तो उन्होंने कहा की ,, आप अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र लेकर आओ सर मुझे कुछ समझ नहीं आया की मुझसे किस प्रकार का अनुभव प्रबंधक जी मांग रहे हैं फिर मैं कुछ दिन बाद बैंक शाखा गया तो मैंने message दिखाने की कोशिश की तो उन्होंने मुझको मना कर दिया की हमें मैसेज दिखाने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है और मुझे बार-बार परेशान किया और फिर बोल दिया की आपका नाम ही नहीं आया है और फिर मैं गया तो मुझे किसी भी प्रकार की बातों या किसी भी प्रकार की जानकारी अगर मैं पूछता तो मुझसे अलग प्रकार से व्यवहार करने लगे और मुझे बार-बार परेशान किए . महोदय जी विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप कृपया मेरी समस्या का निवारण करें तो पति दया होगी धन्यवाद

Complain for locker rent refund after locker surrender
Again & again complaint done & email send but still no reply. Pl. Refund our excess rent in our sb. A/c. After surrender locker.
Locker NO. 146 (SDV Account No. 4503014945) with our branch which he surrendered on 16/12/2022.
Locker type was "G3 C 1186 METRO" and rent amount is Rs.4000+ GST= 4720/-
Locker Rent for the period 01/07/2022 to 30/06/2023 was paid by him through Standing instruction in Savings Account No.3039100352.
Since he has paid the rent till June 2023, he requested to refund the residual rent amount paid in advance. Please refund the advance rent paid by him in his account.
