Sir,
I have purchased REDMI Note 7 pro from flipkart on 17 th april,2019 and received on 20th of april. I have initiated replacement on 30th april.

Phone is having the network issue, hanging and is Restarting automatically . I have tried to replace the phone on basis of same problem. But the technician who has visited said that, phone is not hanging in front of him, that mean it is Ok and is in working condition. But the phone is hanging randomly and is auto-restarting. I have tried to contact customer care ,but receiving no proper response . I am enclosing the screen shot as a proof of network problem , while the screenshot or proof of hanging /auto-restarting is not possible to show.

Kindly , look into the matter and please try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I have ordered Mi note 7 Pro on 30th Sep 2019 but the change of mind I have canceled the order (OD116667865121610000) & booked another phone, as per Flipkart's commitment payment was supposed to receive on 8th Oct but still, I have not received payment. I received multiple calls your cs executive and he saying they need more time to resolve this issue (Example -72 hours, 48 hours and 24 hours) but Today received one more call, she is saying that your refund would be complete after 19th Oct.

This deadline will be too late, and I can’t bear with that much time. From such a platform it never expected for refund.

Kindly take my issue on top priority & refund my amount as earlier.

I order for Canon D1500 with duel kit by paying Rs 29999. today received EAS 3000. I was a big fan of this company when big amount is concerned this is not advisable to purchase.

Hi this is sumit. I have ordered the two of product on the date of 6-7-2020 from different account. By mistakenly in have added the wrong pin code. Today is 18-7-2020 till the date i am waiting for my product.I personally visited your on logistic hub, ferozpur hub and janta nagar hub. I have make a lot of calls and have lots of words with executive and all the executive provide me the same response. No one is unable to help me out with this .. I just wanted to know how much time shall i wait for getting my product. Your logistic has played with my product when in wanted to know about product. They doesn't have proper information. I have faced the worst service from flipkart.

Chromatic Scale changer Harmonica but yesterday through your Ekart supplied one lower category without scale Changer sanghai made harmonica (toy harmonica). Your reputed institution should be inquired into to keep up reputation of flipkart. Removal of bad experience in respect to a regular customer also required. फोटो भी भेज रहा हूं उसे आप देखिए कि आपके कुरियर मैंने क्या किया और आपने क्या किया,

I beg you to request that my order zoonics Intel core 5 windows 10 pro cpu which I ordered on 24th June but when it was delivered on 5th July it was totaly damaged and broken product so I replacement my order with the through of some step by Flipkart but today 25th September 3 months over my replacement order did not delivered, it was automatically cancelled by Flipkart and between this 3 months they have change many date and date and told that they have resolve our issue and delivered within 3 days but actually it was not.

Most respectfully i request you to take step and resolve our issue as early as you can.
