Vide Ticket Number 35653987 i had booked ticket, as Guest User, from Hyderabad to Chinchwad, Pune departing on 3/12/18 costing Rs.4280/-. To cancel this ticket, i was instructed to create login account and i received activation link through mail, however during log in either Captcha is missing or says username and password did not match. Helpline No.1800221250 provided me Tech No. 022-23053992 ( which stated line fault) & 022-39681074 which did not responded. What other options are available to me. Please guide.

My daughter was supposed to catch bus from swargate At 11.15 am today as it mentioned on th ticket.but till now at 15.21 the bus had not arrived it's so irresponsible that if the bus has not been tr they should provide another bus the passengers of this bus are waiting since Morning 11.15. its so worse thing. That's why people prefer private buses.

Sub. Bad conduct of the bus conductor.

I am a citizen of Maharashtra state. my address is nashirabad, Ta. Dis. Jalgaon
Shahracha Pin Code 425309.

Sir, every day 20 to 25 peopel are left behind by the bus conductor because of his leadership...the bus does not stop at Nashirabad, there is no ticket for Nashirabad, the bus is empty in the morning. Even the normal buses go to Udaan Pulaa due to some corrupt conductors. The reason is that the conductors take money from the passengers of Nasirabad for the tickets of Sakti Bhusaval but the other reason for issuing tickets to the far less people is that there is no checker available at Udyaan Pulavar. Many accidents occur due to irresponsible carriers, drivers and passengers.

We demanded legal action. All normal buses are serviced on roadways but the inactive conductor has not followed the rules.

Sir, it is my sincere request that all the general buses should go towards service road because it is safe for the students as well as the elderly and the old people and all the disabled people and pregnant women also. Please accept my request.

Regarding the unruly behavior of the bus conductor and stopping the bus at Thambave, All buses will go from Nashirabad as per order 2/8/21 Rozi Gaali Astana bhi all buses go to Poolavrun Raver Sangamner (Raver Depot) Bus 1/10/21.

But all the ordinary MuleMuli citizens stood up but only M.S.R.T.C. Jalgaon Div. Che 2 staff. Raver, Chinawal, Bhusaval, Muktainagar or by normal bus or flight go to Poolavarun Palun. Every day 90% of people from Nashirabad come to Jalgaon, they act as messengers for college, class, job, teaching, buying and selling.

MSRTC passes are given, buses are sent, but the vehicle is not ready to wait. What should we do?
