I have not received the confirmation and mail amount has been debited from my account. Pls help me out and reply me as soon as possible. i am sending the message that amount has been debited from account.

My amount is not refunded yet may i know how much time it takes?

Hii, I have booked a flight through goibibio for 15 March from Pune to Bangalore in jet airways. I have received mail from jet airways that the flight has been cancelled.

I contacted them for refund as it's almost 2 weeks and neither refund has been initiated nor any alternative flight detail is provided.

Jetairways is asking to contact goibibio through which I have done booking.

Flight cancelled but amount not refunded.
