Ceiling fan purchased six months ago not rotating. All the customer support phones are not reachable. my no. 9444059970, 8056029970, 04425514167. Please rectify or refund.

I am using 3 Super fans of X1 model. I bought about 2 years back and installed by myself at my flat. Of the 3, one is not working but power indicator at fan is in normal condition. I had checked the power switches and are in condition only.

Kindly depute a technician who can identify the fault and then rectify it. The season being hotter, the fan is most desired one. Hence accord priority and depute the technician.

Tried 3 times over the toll-free number but calls ended automatically after 45 seconds. You call it as 24/7 customer care but it is not so. Even emails informing failure of fan not responded at all. I am using 3 nos X1 fans at my flat. My flat is nearer to your Mudichur Road Office but response is very very poor.

I am also using another 2 nos of another brand BLDC fans but their speed of response is in hour where as yours is very bad both for email and phone calls.

Inspite of expressing the urgency in attending the Service Call, regret to note that even my complaint not acknowledged so far. A kid less than 2 years old and mother left without a fan in a bedroom.

We bought superfan before 5 months. One of the fan is not working for past 50 days, also no proper response from customer care support. I tried with all numbers from superfan, super fan is marketing their brand much, but no care in customer service.

My fan remote is not working, I want a new fan remote.

I have two super fan bought 2 years back. two days back a thunder falls on my house very near one fan smps board fried. I want one smps board, I can I do , where it’s available?
