Service was not provided in my fan, it was not working.
Colour complaint
I have bought your superfan but the fan blade colour is fading.
Superfan does not rotate even when it is on
Super fan is not rotating when the switch is on. Some times it rotates at lower speed although the switch is set at maximum.
Fan not rotating
Fan is not rotating. I complained several times. A ticket id no. was sent to me and it was informed that arrangement will be made by repairing it sending technician. The fan is within the warranty period. But none has attended till date inspite of repeated reminders.
SuperFan is not working
I bought 12 fans in 2015 from authorised dealer in Hyderabad. One by one they started malfunctioning within 2 years. As they were under warranty company replaced the defective fans. After 5 years they stopped replacement and also showed reluctance to repair. Instead the dealer advised me to buy Atom berg fans which is a newer version of the same mfg, he said. What confidence the customer can have when the old version has problems.The street corner repairer has no clue how to repair.
The problems I faced are:
Fan is not rotating when the switch is on. Some times it rotates at lower speed although the switch is set at maximum.
Need service centre
If possible to get a service centre at Rae Bareli Uttar Pradesh. Any scope?
