This luminous inverter installed on 21 july2019,not working at present, as per service engineer mother board needs to be replaced which will be supplied from Rudrapur(u s nagar).Kindly issue instructions for early repair of inverter.Hospital Lab unable to function, kindly expedite.

My name is Jeofry John, I registered one complaint on 20th April 2021, After two calls on your toll free number they registered one complaint and I got complaint number = 4011089898. As I got SMS it is mentioned that within 24 - 48 hours your service team will contact us but unfortunately after 60 hours, still now no one is contact us. Please do the need full to solve the issue.

Inverter is not charging the battery.

Very horrible service. after sending the battery for service there is no improvement .customer care service bakwaas they say we will send our engineer and ur engineer will say they can't come .after this again complained on ur twitter handle they also said same thing but again no one came ar called us. ab to bs yahi kehna hai ki jo soch bhi raha ho luminous inverter ya battery lena plz. plz request don't buy at all

very bad service of this company, nobody is responding on customer care number, irresponsible staff as well as company. No one can register a complaint.

I have registered a complaint on 11th May 2022 due to damage of inveter. Still nobody came to repair. And we are losing belief in your company. We expect it will repair soon.

My inverter battery (SC 18054) which I purchased on 7-Jun-2019. It's not working and the battery is dead suddenly and not charging. I raised the complaint on 7-Jun afternoon and your technician visited today (9th Jun) morning and he said, the battery is dead and it does not come under warranty but as per the warranty card It is still in warranty period and it's mentioned up to 54 months on the card..

The Technician is saying it will cost 10+ thousand for the new battery replacement. I again contacted the support team but didn't get any help.

Can you please help me with this? As I trusted much on the Luminous brand so hoping my issue will be resolved soon.

I bought a luminous zelio smart 1100 inverter. Now I face a problem, It is stuck at charging and showing 5 minutes to charge on its display? And battery are very hot. But it's backup time is perfect. Please give me a solution.

Worst after sale service by luminous. the employees didn’t pick the phone and if they picks the phone never share a correct update. Its been the three days and my inverter issue is still not sorted. i am calling again and again but no one is responding. i am from bijnor UP 246701. worst service experience. i will highly recommend to all of you please do not buy luminous.
