I have registered a complaint regarding to inverter not proper working but no rectify the problem by your service team and also cancelled our complaint without any intimation.

You make people's fool. Battery warranty is 36 month's but your customer care says itz only 18 months. itz totally shame for this company's.. services totally flop. I give you 0 Rating.

Irresponsible customer care service and low quality product
In my experience the product is not meet to the high profile quality. In my office and home, Luminous Inverter is installed. Several times same complaints were shown by these two systems. Service Engineers also agree with this as this a common and major complaint of this product. That is "Board complaint".
I am writing this only because recently I have experienced very bad incident from customer care. My home inverter got faulty (Zelio model purchased on 17.07.2017) and as usual I have made complaint and registered as No. 4006149940 on 22.07.2018. The call attended person told that technical person will call you within 24 hrs. But nobody has contacted me on this concern.
After 3 days I called again in toll free No. and enquired the status of my complaint. They timidly replied today or tomorrow should be attended the job. On 30.07.2018, a message was came and says that technician will be attended the job on 23.07.2018 and a mobile No. given for contact, when called to this No. this number is wrong verify the number. At last I have contacted the shop, I have purchased the product, he has given a number and get him on 31.07.2018 after a lot of calls. On checking, as usual he says board is complaint and need to be replaced. A board with him was replaced but seems to be faulty and not charging.\
I think this is nothing else irresponsibility from the side of customer care and I do feel that the board he has brought is not new one, may be a repaired one.
Product registration
I purchased luminous battery recently. At the time of purchase I was informed that, the product should be registered in their company website for regular maintenance and repairs. When I tried many times, the product registration is not possible. Every time a message as "error sending emails" has come. The same was brought to the notice of customer care through email and phone. But no response from the company. This is irresponsibility of from the side of customer care.

Service problems
We have bought 3KW luminous inverter, batteries and solar panel 06 months ago but due to unhealthy weather conditions, we are facing some critical problem in solar panel and an inverter too and from that day it is in OFF mode only.
We had connected with your local service center executive but they are not giving me an appropriate solution over my issue so it's my humble request to you, please help me with this ASAP.

I bought 5kva online ups about 20 months ago. There was a problem with the UPS and I registered the complaint on the 26th of April. It has not been resolved yet. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by luminous. This is the second time that I have such poor service from this company.

Hi, i given alumi inverter for repair 30/5/19 at spectra marketing at indiranagar service person telling trans former problem still not rectified he is claiming spares not available why company cheating like they canot keep asmall spares in stock stupid service ur giving to customer by buying ur product.
Non existent Service - avoid Luminous
I have place a complaint on 3.7.2019 but as of today No one has bothered to attend to the service call. Complaint Number is 40078 65444. Multiple calls and still no response. They are not even giving any reasons for the delay.
Inverter not working properly

UPS not working
Our UPS is not working for 1 week. We have made several complaints but despite reminders none of your service person has visited. We have enclosed the bill. We chose Luminous because of your prompt response, but we are disappointed now with your poor response. The service person is also not picking the call.
I am not satisfied with my replacement of batteries in warranty
I face an issue during replacement of my luminous batteries they cheat with us during replacement they gave in return 18036 model no. instead of 18048 model number.
Defective new inverter and careless complaint staff
Sir ji, it was my bad luck when last month i bought your inverter eco volt neo 850. This model is giving low output. In last few days i have sent many mails to customer care. They admitted low output but refused to exchange or repair the product and told me to return it to the dealer and buy another model with extra cost. So i am stuck with this piece .Please explain where is your customers service after sale and what is the use this service network. Please help.
