I was purchased thomson ultra hd tv from flipkart on 15-10-2019. Tv details mention with attachment. i have facing a lots of problem from servicing issue for your esteemed company in last 20-25 days in lockdown periods. I have complaint many times to thomson company - My complaint id is -2331762. after my complaint registered in your esteemed company , till now no any response given by your end and not resolve my problem till now , thats why i have mentally harassed from last 15 days after that i have filled the complaint to national consumer forum for the same my registered complaint id i.e. 2087458. So I am again requesting to you please kindly resolve my problem with in one week , otherwise i have taken a legal action against your esteemed company. After 12 days of delivery there is no installation by the company.

I am not able to connect my wifi with the TV, I have tried a lot but the arrow keys stopped working on keypad whenever I am trying to put password of my wifi. Please help me out with this problem.

I have purchased Thomson LED TV 49 INCHES on 23-05-2020,delivered on 02-06-2020 and Installation and Demo were successfully completed on 06-06-2020 by yourself now it showing horizontal lines on bottom side and it is going to increase day by day, it is very harmful to our eyes so kindly intervene to in this issue, and we are preferably return the TV and credit the same amount to my account please why because we lose our faith on Thomson brand with in a period of 3 months getting the issue please

I must say that Thomson customer care is really provide pathetic service and going forward I wouldn't buy even a single product of this brand. I am trying to reach customer care over phone and either no executive available or if it connect with executive then it's disconnected or put on hold.

I have purchased Thomson TV in the starting of this year 2020 and now it is showing new defects day by day. Problem regarding TV-

Automatically Volumes decrease to zero
Automatically Menu option comes on screen
Automatically TV switch off immediate once we are doing switch on.

It's humble request please have a look on this and provide a technician for these defects. The product is in warranty period.
