I want to request you to check out the quality of your uncle chips products properly. Because today when i purchased a pack of uncle chips (plain salted) it was having a weird smell. I want to claim back my money for another packet as the shopkeeper refused of taking charges of it.

Kurkure masala munch have no more taste as before. As I am munching something like a cow. No good taste. .

Today I bought a red lays os rs5 and i found only 2 lays inside it.... It's a very unexpected experience I had with lays.

We bought wafers from lays. The name of packet is lays India's magic masala n we have such a down experience with lays. we got much as much burn wafers n the taste was such a bakwas. We dont like it, never buy lays again u guys just get money n give customer zero service. allover i just hate it.

Respected sir, I have purchase the kurkure masala munch packets and it tastes like worse of all.Earlier it taste used to be much better (just as known masala meal) and we can actually see the reddishness of masala but now it appears whitish with much less amount of masala in it which taste too bad and bitter (do company doesn’t have much amount of masala to make food taste better)..it’s a request to PEPSICO INDIA to see the quality of your product now which got worsen by the time than it used to be earlier (make the food item as it was used to be there.. that is what we love). From many days we are having lays cream and onion chips but taste very bad is this any kind of duplicate lays roaming in market. please find its damage company image. Taste is very bad.

Actually in our state not found all types of lays chips. We should distribute in our state all types of lays chips. We have found only creamy, tomato, lemon, chili and simple lays chips.

With due regards I want to say you that I have been observing Lay's American Style (cream and onion) , it was many and many times sour which some years before was much better. Sorry to say that but I think it some years before had a best taste but yet it looks that you are not using best quality Potato, it is now similar to the so called BINGO! ONION CHIPS. so please make my thinking wrong and restore our then FAVORITE Lay's. Especially American style (cream and onion) . Other flavours are still good, but don't know why this has a different and # yuck taste as compared to before.

I have been provided twice bad quality chips inside the packet, which is sad on the part of company like PepsiCo.

I cannot get 1 gb from the uncle chip packet you give. Is this a hoax?

The chips are not much tomato flavour so I think kurkure will give add more than tomato flavour and add some cheese.

My brother brought 2 pack of chips and the pack was tasteless and all chips are brown [dark ], bitter.

Taste is good but this is Chips burned.

I'm suggesting that Mountain Dew Drink taste better without refrigerating, So your company can suggest to people that Mountain Dew can be served warm (It's first drink which taste better on serving warm) By advertising this your sales will reach to top rate.

The seal was tight and for opening, it took lots of effort. My hand got a red mark and my skin tore. So you should change the type of seal keeping in mind the leakage of slice and comfort of the customer. I opened it with a knife but what if a customer is out and doesn't have a sharp object. You should have a look at it. If anyone complains in court if they get a cut. It may make it difficult for you and a heavy loss for you. I know that your company is a responsible company and help the customer to have a nice experience.

I have purchase solid masti and while opening the package I see only masala is present in circular small form and main item is missing nowadays as your price is raising we don't bother but we also not get sastified solid masti inside the pack what did we do it's not your fault it's my fault that why we are buying your product

Poor quality of lays chip's. Also chip's quantity is very very less.

I bought 2 packets of lays west indies hot and sweet chilly flavour.. when I opened the packet I got on 2 piece of potato lays in it ridiculous I given money for it and your company is doing like this. I have decided not to buy ur product again.. you should I buy when I am getting only two piece of lays in it.

I have found a piece of some synthetic sheet of paper or something like that in the slice(drink) bottle. Took a sip and there was this thing in my mouth.. it's terrible to find how irresponsible a well reputed food company like pepsico can be. This is unacceptable.

@PepsiIndia sir my fridge is not working since last one week and i have put complaint and since there is no response from company .i have sale of 70 thousand to 1 lack per month but there is no response from company. my fridge number is jbpl 16273. from jammu bari Brham.

I am noticing from many months that kurkure solid masti taste and quality degrading day by day. I don't understand what's wrong with this company, and why they not pay attention on product.!! The taste was better almost 10 to 12 years ago, and now is literally worst. Please do something about your one of the best product kurkure solid masti and keep your eyes on manufacturing process of the product and if you can't then kindly stop making this product.

We would like to bring to your notice that we bought lays hot and sweet chips role of 30 packet. it was disappointing to find only two or 3 pieces of chips to see packet looks bigger in size. Kindly check the quantity while packing it is our duty as a regular customer we should inform you to bring it to your notice.
