Dear team,
As the above subscription number network coverage is not working since 4 days. As we have registered a complain over mobile. As they said they will update it by today and still their is no network or still the subject need proper response. Kindly, rectify the error as soon as possible.
Reconnection of my tata sky

Complaint
We have recharged $323 and we got 6 days telugu channels; hindi channels and kids channels but after 6 days we are not getting hindi channels and kids channels we are getting only hindi channels.

Swap of primary and secondary set top box
I have put in a request to swap my primary and secondary set top box on 2/3/2019, even now request is not complete. As part of the swap process, my account is in cancelled status now and we don't have TV services for last 10 days. I have been calling customer care for last 1 week and they are giving the same answer like "We are really sorry for the inconvenience, it will be resolved soon". I am sick and tired of this process, I can't cancel my account also since account is in cancelled state due to swap process. I am not sure how to resolve this since there's no definite ETA on the resolution. I am planning to seek my lawyer's help and fight this legally.

No signal
I have recharge and change package. However, there is no signal since the connection recharge. I have been contacting your Helpline personnel since 12:30 PM, 02.04.2019 & every time i am given a promise foe service within two hours. However, nobody has turned up to rectify the fault till now. The helpline people are giving standard replies like " we are sorry for the discomfort" & " we are trying to quickly fix the problem" " Book the engineer for visit chargeable etc. I am fed up of these delaying tactics. Recharge problem due change in yearly to prorate channel basis
My customer I.D no. 1058090307. I am yr customer for with yearly subscription for the last many years. I have two connections and both are on yearly basis. I have been away from my house for 4 months . With the change in charges on prorate basis I wanted to know what all channels I have been given and how to modify them according to my requirement. I regret to say that I am trying since yesterday but was unsuccessful. I tried to speak to yr representatives many times but they were of little help. I tried your 56633 to know nearest tatasky representative but failed as the message delivery failed. Now I am at a loss to know what to do. Since I have already paid for the year I will have to continue but in future I will have to look for other options as your behaviour with the customers is pathetic. I tried to get address via sms on my mobile even that was denied. This was due to the fact that I could not follow the address given to me on telephone.
When I logged in mytTasky.com I was asked opt number which was not sent. It seems that u r overloaded with customers and have little respect for them. Otherwise how come that I told yr rep that I am old and not very my familiar wIth apps. Is resident of sector 21a Faridabad @ in case you have a little care for the customer send me the nearest yrrepaddress via email or depute somebody to visit e or talk to me to sort outthispro lem. Totally careless attitude towards customers
I am a yearly ta tasks subscriber for the last many years with two connections. With the new procedure of choosing channels I spoke to yr people to either sms or email the complete address of yr rep in our area or someone to talk to me to sort out the channels required by me. I tried sms number given to me with format but there is some problem as my sms does not get forwarded. Hence two days ago I sent an email & I got reply rhatsoneone from tat a sky will contact me to sort out this problem. But none contacted me so far. Today evening when I wanted to watch English Channel 616 & 606 I get a message that this's not in my pack whereas yesterday it was in the pack. I talked to yr custoner care & even sr personnel cannot help me even in sending an sms or email of yr associate address in my locality. What a funny thing. Here I must confess I am forced to continue for sometime since my balance is already with u otherwise in such circumstances I would have opted out by now. Are u a little careful to look into it?
