Dear Team,

Reference to our previous complaint about subject.
We have purchased 03 celling Fan on 10 August 2020 and same day fitted by electrician provided by Shop keeper. Then after 03 days we have Shop keeper about not working of 01 Fan properly and they have depute same electrician to rectify problem. But he says that this is defect by company and call at their service center number.

But as on date our problems not resolve. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

Hi, I had purchased a Wet grinder duro table top 2litres on 2019 which has got some issue while running two twin stone and stand broken into two pieces had registered my concern on june july Aug and sep through the customer care and got complaint Your Complaint No: 2009073366, 2008094515, 2009002988, 2008077060, 2008063566. 2020 year.

I am having to say this that Crompton does not have such sensitive staff who look after customer's grievances sensitively. I had to speak to customer care many times to know the status of my complain since there has not been single visit ever since i got this complaint registered. I had received the Technician number from crompton who only dodges on phone to visit my place.

It is now 3rd month but still there is no positive follow-up neither from customer support nor from the Technician. All the time, i am having to call customer care which is also very time taking exercise due to overloading/Flooding of Calls.

Since so far i could only got assurances not resolution therefore request you to please look into this issue since it has already wasted my valuable time in last three months follow-ups with customer support and technician. Very poor about product and service.as a customer with my experience please dont buy at crompton product.

I/we lodged two complaints vide complaint no.
(Your Complaint No: 2009075883 will be attended by M/s ATZ Global Engineers - Contact No: 09810477211, No: 2009075813) but sorry complaint closed without attending. Very sad no service is provided by Crompton.

M/S ATZ don't bother to attend/resolve the complaint. Two times complaints lodged closed itself. Kindly look into the matter immediately & arrange to respond/resolve the problems faced by the customes.

I was purchased 3 L Crompton geyser. But now my geyser coil is not working. So I reached to service center.
Gajanan electrical, alankaar market, akola, Maharashtra. 444001

He told me 900 rs for coil but after some time he told me 580rs for same coil. Then I am confused.

I told him to give me genuine part. He told me it's genuine but sir that's a local duplicate part. I have added pic of that coil with packing. And he also not gave me bill.

Request you to please look this matter.

I purchased pressure pump beginning of this year which is not working for past four months, and I tried to reach customer helpline (1800 419 0505) but not able to get, hence, I registered online complain under ticket no 2012051356/01 & 2012051389/01but on your web the status of registered complain also in unknown.

Notwithstanding, on your webpage I found local Service Center details, and tried to contact on the number provided therein (R.S. Enterprises, Gaya – 7061677799), but they do not answer my several calls, however, I had a conversation with them via WhatsApp and every day they are just saying today we are coming, what is this? Local Service providers are spoiling Crompton’s name while providing the worst or inappropriate service to the customer.

Could you please look in to this matter & send some one to look after the pump and repair as soon as possible.

I have bought a mini marvel 1 pump on 17/12/2020 and register a complain on 27/4/2021vide complain no2104188789/01. I have received one message that Service Plaza will attend, but none attend till 7 PM. Moreover the mobile no of Service plaza is also invalid. I once again called the Customer care and intimated them with a request to do something urgently as I am in a very bad situation. But the problem not solved. It is very undesirable if I not got after sales service from a company like Compton and request you do the needful immediately.

Crompton provide one of the wrost service for his product. Service agent of this company is totaly idiot. They don't know how to work. My geyser having two thermostat for cut off but they saying to me that this gyser is working on one cutoff stick. They thing i am idiot and i dont know about my product. If i was not get solution in 7 days than i will go for consumer court.

I have purchased water geyser on dated 8 August 2021 via flip-kart. Now today I have installed but found that geyser is not working water is not heating. As per the massage received from Crompton. Your Service Request No 2109054902/01 has been successfully closed.

But my geyser is not working still how your system have closed the complaint. As per your service engineer geyser element is not working. My complaint is still open.

Hi Team,

I purchased a Crompton Aqua gold 150 Water motor and it has a manufacturing defect, I have raised a request #2109199546 by calling the customer care and they first assigned a wrong service center. I was redirected to multiple service centers to get to the correct one, at the end there was a technician assigned and he visited and asked us to reach out to service center with the motor and they will help check the same. I submitted my motor on 28th Sept'21 to the service center and he committed to deliver the same on 29th, now the technician is just ignoring my calls and not giving a proper response. Also the ticket is marked as closed.

First of all I want to escalate this to the highest level, because its a manufacturing defect and for this it shouldn't be repaired instead I should get a new product. Also, I need an answer on why the ticket was closed without resolving the issue?

Kindly look into this on urgent basis, if not let me know the escalation matrix so that I can escalate this.

Hello Support Team

This is a serious concern regarding the service being offered to consumer. We bought a water pump (OWG1.52(1 PH) G-30) for our building (G+4) of 1.5 HP as recommended by a nearby retailer (M/s. SUVO SANITARY) on 11/Dec.

Post installation, it was noticed that the pump was not able to deliver water to the roof top tank from the ground water tank, very minimal water was getting dropped at the roof top tank.

We raised a complaint (2112077653/01) immediately and technician (Mr Mondal from GE Electronics) visited on 13/dec.
Recommendation was to upgrade to 2 HP pump considering head range. Although as per specification of head range (15-30 m) of that model it is sufficient for a G+4 building to deliver water at roof top. The technician also suggested fitting a pressure gauge but did not know where to fit that, we had arranged for a plumber and electrician on the same day.

The technician did not wait for as long as he had other work saying that you run the pump and he will be informing the location of the pressure gauge to be fitted.but never come back with this. By this time we were using the pump although it was delivering very little water to the roof top tank and yesterday it suddenly stopped working (we came to know noticing MCB got tripped while the pump was running).

Now again service request (2112140885/01) was raised yesterday evening and the same engineer called me with assurance that he will be visiting today with the replacement tagging. Suddenly my request is showing canceled, till now the technician did not visit and not picking up the phone also.

This is very frustrating experience with this type of support mechanism you are offering towards the consumer and being consumer we are being victimized by retailer as well as your team.

Would need your intervention here to resolve this issue earliest. I have raised a new service request now (2112146731/01).

Dear Sir,
This is to complain that we had purchased Crompton 3ltr. water geyser on 1.01.22 (bill enclosed). On 23rd January, the geyser stopped functioning. After making a complaint, the service executive visited in two days and said its a manufacturing defect and changed the thermostat but as he switched on it got fused again.

He spoke and told someone that it wont work as its a manufacturing defect but i think the other person told him to try and change it and leave which he did twice more and he left saying it wont work as this geyser is defective. Next day morning as we switched it on it got fused with a bang and smoke.

I trusted n bought Crompton instead of Racold or Havells and the experience is really bad. As you know its winters and its been 5 days without geyser. I dont know if you can feel or understand how whole family gets affected and also service centre wasted time providing late services and trying to run away from getting a new geyser leaving me waiting for the decision and bad product.

Please look into the matter immediately and refund or replace asap so i can decide and opt for another brand soon due to winters.

Sir, I have purchased purchased the Aquagold100-33 1hp motor before some time (under warranty) but for last some days it is not lifting the water with pressure, resulting the motor could not pump the water on 2nd floor, it is great dilemma for me and my family suffering with water problem. There is a leakage in the drum of the water heater. I registered the complaint, even after 5 days no body has visited to check nor bothered but when i check the status it has been closed. Very much disappointed with the service of crompton service.
