I purchased inverter AC 1.2 ton thinking that it would consume less electricity than other normal a.c but it consumes 8 amps but was expected to consume less. Plz make me clear with its electricity consumption.... hope for ur fast response 9357217898.

मैंने 24/4/2018 को rsb518hbea ख़रीदा था। जिसके box पेर लिखा था 1449 w,6.6amp लेकिन ये तो 2kw,10amp से भी ऊपर ले रहा है। company ने किस base पर दावा कर रही है कि ये 5 Star, inverter ac है। ये तो 1 star के बराबर बिजली ले रहा है। एक महीने में दो बार खराब हो गया। service के नाम पर zero। hitachi न तो product अच्छे बेच रहा है और न ही service दे पा रहा है।

मेंने हिटाची Ac सुविधा इलेक्ट्रानिक्स csd केन्टीन ग्वालियर से 3 जून2018 को क्रय किया । 5 जून से 16 जून तक लगातार 6 बार कस्टमर केयर पर इंस्टालेशन के लिए रिक्वेस्ट दर्ज कराई लेकिन अभी तक कोई मैकेनिक नही आया। आपकी सर्विस बहुत खराव है कोई कस्टमर केयर हेल्प लाइन पर सॉल्यूशन नही है । कृपया बताये मै क्या करू रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नम्वर9009173289 है.

I buy two refrigerator: model no: R-VG540PND3 (GGR), at 1 april: 2015. Out off two nos one nos has every year problem, cooling stop your person visiting and repair with lead time of 30 days. Yesterday also its stop to cooling, i do not know what's your product quality control and quality manual,

1.5 ton and 2 ton window A/Cs. under warranty. No service done till date. 2-ton not cooling; 1.5 ton - regular service. Registered for both under the above Call Ref nos. Representative visited on 8 Sept, checked only 2-ton A/C. Call received on 10 Sept, but technician could not come as he got busy. Visited today 10 Sept. Name of technician - Wajid 8810208842. very rude, most inefficient. filled up coolant; did not wash cover. said he would only dust it. refused to service the 1.5 ton A/C. after being told in a loud voice by my 75-year old husband, agreed to service it. took the machine to the terrace, washed it, brought it into the house with water pouring down from it throughout the house. he said this is how service is done; he cannot do it any other way.

Totally shocking and unacceptable. as he begged my husband to fill up and sign the feedback form, he did so. i regret every having patronized Hitachi. when i asked for comprehensive AMC, i was cheated and given only regular AMC. despite escalation, there has been no response.

Hi,

I have purchased Hitachi AC on May 2018. Aug'18 i have faced no cooling issue. thereafter Hitachi service team has filled the coolant 4 times. they do not have any proper solution for it. Hitachi servicing people are not capable to find out the issue and can not fix it. they just filling the coolant again and again. looks like hitachi is just trying to cover the warranty period. my problem is still not resolved. and very bad behavior by service poeple who has visited my home one of them is rashid (8272078883) and another is Israr (8272078881). bad experience with Hitachi.

Now i want to know is there any properly solution for my issue or my 40000 gone wasted.

I was purchase on 26 april 1.5 ton hitachi split ac by flikart.com and installed 6may 2019 and then produce extremely sound in outdoor unit. i complaint on 11may and mechanic visit 15may ,take 3-4 hours and could not remove any sound and wrongly closed service without any work.

Again i was complaint 22may, mechanic visit but not remove any sound, again closed service without any work. so i want to decided to replacement this AC. please accept this request.

Our Hitachi 1.2 ton split a/c was not functioning properly, so a complain was lodged to Vijay Sales at Linking Road Bandra (from whom we had purchased this a/c) on 4th June, 2018, a copy of the invoice was also sent to Hitachi's Customer care, Mumbai, by Vijay Sales, Bandra. Hitachi sent an SMS (Breakdown req. No: 19052802716 dated 28/5/2019) allocating Mr. Sohail Khan to attend. Sohail Khan visited our residence the following day to inspect the a/c unit. He observed that one ic part in the indoor unit was not functioning and had to be replaced. He informed Hitachi and ordered the same. Sohail also informed us that the part would take about 3 to 4 days to come.

We have been following up with Sohail but in vain. After repeated followup with Vijay Sales and Hitachi Customer Care, Mumbai, another technician Shabhir Hussein came on 31st May, 2019 and replaced the damaged part. He was very helpful and solved the problem without any hassles. The a/c is now working to our satisfaction. Today, the 9th June, 2019, we were surprised that Sohail along with another man, again came to our residence to repair the same unit, though we informed him that our a/c was attended to by Hitachi and is now working. He was adamant and insisted that he come and see for himself. We doubted his intentions as he spoke very rudely and aggressively to my wife (a senior citizen), who politely told him that since the matter was attended to by another Hitachi technician, he could leave. He refused to leave our premises and was adamant in his behaviour.

This is totally unacceptable and a serious matter, being senior citizens. I would request you to kindly take up this matter with your seniors and seriously warn Sohail Khan about his misconduct with us and in future not to send him to our residence again or for that matter to any other client's residence.

We bought the hitachi split type AC 6months back. there is free service but no body is lifting the phone and these is 3rd time but there is no response from your side and noise is coming water leakage is there.

We bought Hitachi Split AC-2 ton last month & it is not working properly. As we are facing this issue from last one week & we tried to contact the customer care number but they are also not responding to us. We are very frustrated as this AC is not cooling.
