My split ac not installation was not done properly. Copper piping not insulated, not good not and no taping. Bad installation.

You are bullying your customers, I have a harrowing experience of a window AC 1.5 ton which I have purchased in the month of March 2020, first they did not provide full service (3 nos) only 2, out of which both were dry service, I got the last service 2nd one in the month of November 2020, get it packed properly by the Hitachi trained tech in November 2020, when I opened it in June 2021 AC was not cooling, I asked for tech and they visited and said there was a leakage of gas and gas has fizzed out, they said you are 3 months over warranty and it is out of warranty and I have to pay 500 visit+ gas filling 2250+ taxes, AC is not cooling after the service was done by the last tech from Hitachi because it was packed by him and is not in use since then, they are asking for money which is not my fault. I am not a AC tech. If there was a leak then why did the tech not checked it, are they not trained, things works after service but with Hitachis non trained and inexperienced tech they just damage your AC and then compel u to pay or buzz away, we are from middle class and cannot afford expensive AC everyday, this is my way or highway This is daylight light robbery. They are hijacking customers like us, this is appalling, I will report this incident to the state government and central government, at least the government must know what kind of robbery is going on in this country.

I purchased the brand new Hitachi AC in Jan 2020 and in 2022 it stop working after its first use. From last 15 days I am struggling with Hitachi customer care but no one is listing. I register the complaint but still no response. I tried every method sent an email as well to customercare@jci-hitachi.com from my email ID devdss7773 @gmail.com. Also tried to Call +91-756788-4848, 079-71414848 (Landline). Done with Whatsapp chat but still no resolution.

Someone Arun (Jaipur) called me from Hitachi one day and after that he stop responding and disappear . I am not sure why Hitachi is doing like this. Please show some humanity with me. please call me on 7792089130 for more details.

It’s been 7 days nobody listening for my complaint against fridge. And one of the person came and took 5200/ and did not made this fridge okay. If complaint not raise till next 24 hours I will be doing consumer court case against you and you will regret for this and see the consequences sooner. Thanks 9888883424

On 12/06/2022 i purchased a new AC from meerut and this AC is not working properly at all. its a new ac just two days back we have purchased it. i am very disappointed and not getting good service all. we want good service. please give you fast reply and fix the problem. regards vasant.

I had financed the refrigerator from Patna city, city vision. the bank from which financed is taking money every month but the refrigerator has not reached home yet. the show room people are speaking, I haven't come to the showroom yet, that's why I haven't come till now. I have filled ₹ 38250, but my patience is breaking, going to file a case of hitachi fraud in consumer court. So please fast reply to me.

I have purchased AMC for my AC but it shows wrong model number in AM. I have only one AC, so i called lot of time to customer support they are not giving any answer and i mailed to them but till now i didn't get any response. they behaving just like that they care till you give money after that there is no responsibility of them.
