Bought a new Hyundai accent car from kurnoool 14 months back. But since last months having issue with th cars accelerator.The service center is unable to resolve the problem completely, i am fedup with them.

I purchased a Creta sx in April 2016. I drove the car for 30000kms. On 6/1/2018 while I was coming from Calicut to Bangalore, the vehicle stopped moving. Vehicle was to be towed to the showroom in Calicut for which I had to pay Rs.3500. They told me that the cluch of the vehicle was worn out and to be replaced. Cluch was replaced and I had to shell out Rs.15100.

It was highly embarrassing. Before purchasing creta I had i20 which I used for more than 5 years and covered more than 65000kms. There was no complaints. Why the cluch was worn out and to be replaced with in two years. Is it due to manufacturing defect. Will the Company reimburse the amount.

Now I have to give negative report to my friends who are planning to buy Creta. I expect a prompt response from Hyundai.

My vehicle I20 active VIN no MALBM51RLHM405846 has been wrongly entered to another customer vehicle by Tirupati Hyundai on 24/04/2018. I have been contacting the branch manager MR. Nikhil dixit (contact number +919935532301) from June 2018. Still the issue has not been rectified. I'm have problem with respect to service of my car.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Grand I10 in the month of Dec'18 from Plaza Hyundai (Mohan Cooperative-Delhi) After the purchase, two things was pending one fastag sticker and second CNG endorsement-which has to be done from RTO and for which I have already paid. But it is unfortunate for me "Plaza Hyundai" was closed in Feb'19, and CNG endorsement is still pending. Day before yesterday I received one call from someone and they told me to do the CNG endorsement I have to pay 4,000/- and they will get it done in same day. My question is why I will bear this cost, if I have already paid for the services. This is not my mistake, if the showroom is not working and their employees are not supporting now for the same, as they are helpless now.

Please let me know, what I need to do now.

Yesterday i had visited Hans Hyundai Service Center as AC of Vehicle was not working they checked after 3-4 hours waiting.

Stage 1 : Service Adviser Mr. Rahul attended my vehicle and created a job sheet for Rs.1000/- to diagnose the problem when i asked this cost is not acceptable they asked me to pay Rs.500/- for the same.

Stage 2 : 1st Problem Statement - Head Mr. Alok Aggarwal : Issues observed in Cooling coil and it will take 5-6 hours.

Estimate : 8500/- + GST

Negotiated for discount then i got a final Estimate Rs. 6000/- + GST.

I was not agree with the statement as cooling coil cannot damaged within 2 years and i have asked for details report to complain Hyundai Service center HO.

After that they start checking in details and found other fault in Nozzle valve of the vehicle.

Stage 3: Rahul Service Adviser found problem in Nozzle valve

Estimate : 1700/- Nozzle and Labour cost Rs. 2600/- + GST

Again i denied for repairing as not convinced with his statement.

Stage 4 : Mr. Hans Raj ( 7011188087) - Service In-charge apologies me the issues and told me we have found some other issue we will repair free of cost just leave your vehicle in Service center for the day it may cost your rs.300/- Approx.

2nd Day : Today Morning i got a call of Hans Raj and saying it will cost you Rs. 2199/- + GST.

Its a really surprising for me how you guys are providing unprofessional service to your customers where no fixed charges?
No proper diagnose of the issue just to fool your customers?
Without proper diagnose changing the parts of the vehicle on customer cost?
How parts damaged within 2.4 years?

Hi, this is Nishanth ,i have puchased a elite i20 (2016 model)(pearl white) from chandra hyundai, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I had the worst experience i have had in hyundaii as being a old customer. the sad part in this is the car paint has been pealed off in a large manner and when contacted ur chandra hyundai dealer service in metupallayam side,they said when bird waste has been put the car paint would go off ..but this is not a valuable reason from such a company.

I request the company to soon clear this issue..r i will take this issue to consumer court and file a case against hyundai company regarding this issue.

Hello, this complain for Beeaar Hyundai which is in Sitapur. the service quality off all the staff is very bad I think they do fraud with me. my creta car ac was not working and when they did the service of that then within 3 day the ac gas was leaked. I don’t know the reason it’s second time the was also leaked now and they charge 8000 for ac service.

25/2/2020. I will tacked. Hyundai venue company will given. Damage one. I will attached here all the photos. So urgently contact me. my contact number 7510144683. Other ways you not call, I publish on social media and everything. This very serious issue.
