Hello Team,

This is Hari prasad dwivedi from Lucknow 3 moth back I purchased Carrier split ac from Super electronic. I made more then 10 calls to super electronic regarding service but I did not get any response. kindly sent someone by tomorrow otherwise I will escalate this case to HO.

The carrier people have outsourced their service station to incompetent persons who are only concerned with profits. They have destroyed the brand of carrier completely. The Carrier company is requested to handle the service network personally to keep their brand image intact.

Im simply shocked to see all response and complains, about this company...i thot carrrier is one of the best...turns out to be worst...today i had horrific experience with service center who came to install my ac...but did it half way and left... didn't finish the job atall..now to hear the machines are so bad. i dont know what to say.

Customer care was contacted 11 days back , giving assurance that within 24 hours service will be done but 5 times again called -No result. From service call log-mobile number they are sending of the service person is not associated with Carrier and telling it is wrong number. Chandigarh phone numbers on website are not in order. Area service head is contacted from yesterday and today also but till the time AC service is pending. Entire experience is worst despite so much of goody goody things on website like -Mission,vision,service.

I bought ac on march 2018.it was not working properly .iam n Coimbatore tamilnadu. send 1 proper service man soon.

Not professional. The importer of this brand should be penalised by consumer court of India for making fool of citizens. Not a service oriented brand. Please please please escalate your concerns across media.

I have bought a split ac inverter ac... last year i had bought carrier split ac. only i have operated only one month...now..still my ac is not working. very bad experience..with carrier...not wanna tell one thing...before last two days...technical had come. But still ac not working what should i do give me suggestion about carrier split ac.

Dear Sir,

This product of carrier AC is having manufacturing defects due to which core problem is not getting resolved. I will not bear the cost of repair up to 5 to 10 times every year because of the product which is having manufacturing defects.

I'm extremely disappointed with Carrier support and service are given, please go through the problem I mentioned below and provide the resolution asap without fail.

I bought 1- ton 5-star carrier split AC on 24-Jan-2018 for the new flat. Within 5 months of usage, it failed in cooling the room premise. It was under warranty so I request for a gas refilling on Nov 2018. The service person came and raised an issue with the placement of the AC (It was placed at sunshade) and denied to give any services until the placement changed to the roof of the building.

1st-time solution:
Service person gave a solution: (Nov 2018)

1) Gas leakage due to installation prob
2) Reinstall (Charged around 7k) and refill the gas (Free)

2nd-time solution:
On March 2019 again facing cooling prob.
Service person gave a solution: (March 2019)

1) Gas filling expired within 3 months. Need gas filing (2500 + GST)
2) Copper pipe quality not good and leaked somewhere. Can't be repaired (5k + GST)
3) Matching picked to the service center (500/-)

3rd-time solution:
Again facing cooling prob. within the 1day.
Service person gave a solution: (March 2019)

1) Maybe compressor problem (5 yrs. warranty. but did not change the compressor.)

4th-time solution:
Again facing cooling prob. within the 1day.
Service person gave a solution: (March 2019)

1) Nitrogen gas does not fill in the compressor.
2) Matching picked to the service center (Free)

5th-time solution:
Now facing sound prob. within the 1day.
Service person gave a solution: (March 2019)

1) AC motor not working properly or AC fan stopped working. The motor needs to change (2500+GST).

Installation charge: 2780/- (Jan 2018)
Reinstallation charge: Around 7k + Gass filing + Conculting Chager (due to reinstall) 300/- (Nov 2018)
Copper Pipeline change: Conculting Chager 300/ + 5k + Gass filling 1200/- + GST 216/- + Travelling Cost 500 + Tips (14th March to April 2019)
Motor change charged: 2500 + GST + Concussion charge (14th March to till date 2019)

Kindly look into the below issue on an immediate basis:

1) Buzzing sound or squealing noise are coming from the ac still.
2) Some times not working, don't know why!! (as per service men)
3) If there was a compressor problem, then why the engineers or technician charged for copper pipe and gas filling??
4) Please change my defective AC and replace with the new one as soon as possible and Return the amount they have charged for wrong consulting (Around 7k).

I have raised lots of complaints but my issue is still not resolved. No one is bothering to fix the issue rather just making the customer run around... Please resolve my issue otherwise I will take legal action against carrier India. I will not recommend anyone because of its pathetic Customer service and unskilled mechanic are in the company like CARRIER. A big company like carrier must not work in this way. There should respond sincerely.

On july 2nd it not working with E1code, and i complain customer care its transaction no is - 135323328 it not resolved till today. if u not provide the service with in one month how do you claim about customer satisfaction. it was too much bad experience with carrier.

I lodged a complaint (Transaction number:- 137040016) regarding the non-functioning of my Carrier Split AC (Dura fresh model) on 28th March 2022.

Visit by an unqualified technician was paid on the same day who was unable to even understand the issue. Since that time, I have been waiting for help from the company. Such an irresponsible action brings a bad name to the company. For the past couple of days waiting for some other technician as promised by the customer care guy. I just hope he comes and fixes my AC IN THIS CENTURY

Yesterday I got my ac installed i have got the worst installation experience in my life totally unprofessional guys who installed ac
No demo given
Misbehaved
Too much time taken
Denial for installation when asked why taking too much time

I have all companies ac lg, samsung, Lloyd. First time i bought carrier AC and it was the worst decision to buy a product from such company where a company is unable to teach it's employees professionalism and public dealing and given proper training. I don't recommend anyone to buy this company products.
