I have tried your toll free no 1800 3011 1111 several times but it could not be connected. i need your help regarding for servicing of my carrier AC. i live in lucknow uttar pradesh. my contact no 9582799159. I have purchased a Window AC on 5th April 2017 from Saluja Electronics, Ghaziabad. On 22nd April 2017, I registered a complaint for Sound problem. It was resolved but not completely because that problem arose again in a very way on 11th May 2017 and complaint was registered on 12th May 2017. Blower had been broken . We tried for change of product but we did not get any satisfactory answer. Even service was very poor. We had to give so many reminders for the complaint. Technician came on 13th May '17 at around 7pm and blower was changed on 14th May '17 at around 4pm. Some irritating sound is still there which could not be resolved in any way. We want the replacement of the product as soon as possible.

I has been purchase Carrier 1.5 ton AC from Star Electronics Vellakovil on 13/4/2017. At the time of On the machine a bad smell air come out. I lot of time report to above dealer but the above the dealer is not response till date. The service is very worst.

As recommended by my friends I purchased the carrier Windows AC in the month of Sept 2014. After the one month I got bad experience when my Ac stop Cooling and complaint for this and got rectified problem. After two days from the date of repairing again for problem for Not Colling persist. Again I made complaint for the same and the rectified same.

Again after 10 months that problem for not colling again started. and rectified by paying for the complaint and gas filling charges.

Again a week earlier same problem again started then I again complaint for the same and work shop manager made bill for the same Rs.2850/- . After the one day the problem for non cooling persist and again I lodge complaint for the same and the took AC in workshop. After a day later they informed me that the Zaali in the AC to be replace which cost Rs.4850/- and the payment to be made advance and got repaired with in a week. I shocked and think that why they not informed me for the first time for the same a week earlier. Perhaps they are not showing clear picture of the AC to me.

That is my bad experience towards Carrier AC company that why I purchase Carrier AC. I have an other Split AC of Panasonic company which has no complaint since 2013 and other hand Carrier AC complaint since purchase. I think that your company provided me rejected piece which creating problem since purchase. Your customer care is also not responding and not picking mobile phone which are sitting in workshop.

Again I request you to please rectify my problem a the earliest.

Sir, I have purchased new 1.5 ton Estrella window AC on December '2017.I have used this ac on March 2018. From the starting time vibration and sound are generated as well not working properly now.Frequenrly this ac automatically stopped and restarted.5A seen in display skin. Your technician couldn't solve the above problem by two times attend.Pls tell me the way . Your toll free no not connected since three months. Pl change the ac and provide new ac. We have bought the Carrier Window AC 1.5 Ton from Delhi around 3 years back. The product is under your comprehensive AMC as soon as 1-yr warranted got exhausted. We are facing problems with the cooling provided by the unit and have raised a complaint with customer care (transaction no. 132605883) and we are only getting assurances of a call-back since the last few days.

We would request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it to our mutual satisfaction immediately.

Hello,

I am an unhappy customer of Carrier company. I baught a split 1.5 Ton AC three years earlier.

I am having a cooling problem in my AC, and called in company. They allocated request to Irfan Shaikh from S.S. Service. We are now under AMC Contract for 1 year.

The transaction number is 132661038.
Date of Complaint is 15/05/2018

My AC is still in Service Centre. My Complaint has not been resolved yet. Please take further actions to this problem or else I have to go to Grahak Suraksha Kendra.

I want my AC full functioning and in a good condition.

Hi,

On customer care number I registered a request on 7th May 2018 reinstall my split AC 2 ton and got following msg:

"Service request of CARRIER product has been assigned to DEEPAK, 8588044133. He will contact you within a day. For further query contact 180030111111."

A person visited our place with Carrier ID on 9th May and did installation process and charged Rs.3550. Rs.2000 for installation and Rs.200 per ft for one thin pipe change for 7ft pipe and Rs.150 for other material used. He made attached invoice for me, interestingly of later date which I saw today (date of billing) We paid him all the amount in a notion that whatever he will charge will be authentic since he is company representative but that was not the case. He also said that person who has uninstalled this from your prior location has done his work well since gas is not leaked from your ac, generally people don't do so.

I come to know about this fraud thing when i received following message after getting this work done on 9th may itself.

"Service request 132624866 of CARRIER product is cancelled due to ADDRESS NOT TRACEABLE. If you disagree with Cancellation pls contact us on 180030111111."

I then immediately called the service centre and informed about the same, but no action taken by your team on that. I got a call just for confirmation that's all.

That AC was not in use since then, when i used that AC on 2nd June then it was not giving cooling so raised complain to carrier service and got following msges:

* "Thank you for calling CARRIER Customer Care. Your Transaction no. is : 132751032. For any further assistance please contact us on 180030111111"

* "Service request of CARRIER product has been assigned to MOIN ANSARI, 9953550733. He will contact you within a day. For further query contact 180030111111."

Now the person who visited our place on 4th June 2018 said the person who installed your AC did not installed it properly therefore your gas got leaked, need to pay another 2650 for gas filling and his charge for his visit was Rs.475 which we paid.

Will will not pay this gas filling charge and need return of all the extra charges paid by me which were not genuine since this is not my fault that authorized person did not visit my place to install, this was goof up from company side and why shall i pay for that.

you insure and I will also insure that this type of incidences don't happen with any other customer. For that i will inform this incidence to all the social media.

I need immediate response and appropriate solution from your side else i will take this issue to all the possible level till the time i get satisfactory answer.

Carrier split ac durafresh model purchased. A very horrible product, substandard cooling. The outdoor unit stops every 5 minutes, resulting in very little cooling. Complained twice. They sent the engineer with poor knowledge. Asked me to change the stabilizer. Immediately done but still same issues.

Purchased another account for a different room of same size of whirlpool. Under same circumstances it's working wonderful. Please look into it immediately and send a knowledge able engineer.

Carrier is a reputed company, please keep up to the standards.

We are fully unsatisfied with your product. I registered the complainant on 23rd of may and till now we are not getting any response which is expected from your company.If this will be your response take it back and I need my money back.

I need immediate response and appropriate solution from your side else i will take this issue to all the possible level till the time i get satisfactory answer. If your company is a reputed one you should match the level.Your workers were not able to service it and within 2 months your product is not working. You should replace it.

We bought the AC on 1.1.2018 1 ton cyclojet split AC. From that day we have been complaining about the AC. Above 20percent mechanic came and repaired our AC. They have changed all the parts in the AC. But cooling never the cooling comes. I have warranty and I told to replace my AC... But there is no response. Their carrier service mechanic himself told to ask for replacement. Now there are many problems in the outdoor unit as well. If you don't care about this letter or my complaint I will go to consumer court. If I complaint I will ask money for the loss also. I have all the warranty and bills perfectly. I will post the message in whatsapp, facebook, twitter also "don't buy carrier". So kindly ensure to look at my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I will take action.

Hi,

Like to introduce myself as Ashley Knight, who recently bought a carrier 1.5 ton Inverter Ac a Month ago at Shah's Chrompet Chennai.

I regret to say that i made a bad decision in buying this product, due the following reasons:

1. We had made a complaint soon after the installation that there is a vibration noise coming from the ac, and when asked the technician said that since its a new product the sound is there and will subside in a day or two.
2. As the problem continued we had informed the dealer and had arranged for the technician to come again and change the location of the ac, as we felt it was not installed properly the first time (note: we were asked to pay for this which we did).
3. Last week there was a bad smell coming for the ac,we had called the customer care and got it fixed,during that time also we addressed the issue of the noise that is coming from the ac, its was fixed briefly, after which the noise continued.

I want to replace this product or have this problem fixed asap,as this is really annoying during night times,its so annoying that we switch it of and put on the fan. Would like to highlight that we have a Voltas ac which is 9yrs old ,and must say it works better that carrier with no disturbance.

I am giving details of my name and phone number to see your side of response. I have reviewed so many comments from various customers,addressing the same issue. I really this this a manufacture defect and some thing seriously has to be done about this, totally unexpected from and International brand like Carrier.

After taken a AMC no one is visited and check the AC till date. When we call they are giving justification for their negligence. What way carrier directly monitored dealer activities. We have paid advance amount and listening justification it not a good sign And the competency of the guy who visited is ? mark.

I am using a Carrier Window AC which I purchased in August 2014 from Sargam Electronics, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Last week the AC stopped cooling after and I logged the complaint with the customer care and they sent a technician to look after it. The technician said that there is problem with the stabilizer and he connected the AC direct to the electricity. The problem with the cooling is still same and since then I have called the customer care twice and logged the complaint, they did not provide the complaint number for the first time, but for the second time the number was 134091123.

This kind of service behavior is not acceptable from such a reputed brand. Carrier is famous in the market for its service and I don't think they should be famous for this anymore.

I am sure that I will not get any response on this complaint or anyone will call me for any help, but still I wanted everyone to know that these big brands do not care for the customers after their products are sold, but they forget that it's the customer only who have made them big.

I hope that somebody will look into this matter and call me at the below number for assistance.

I purchased Carrier Window AC on 08-June-2019 from Vijay Sales. Most pointed problems are:

1) Very Noisy and Vibrating during running.
2) AC get automatically shutdown between 1-2 hrs on running.
3) AC Cooling get automatically closed for 30-40 minutes in every after 1 to 2 hrs of running.

I still not get any resolution from Carrier Midea and Vijay Sale.
4 times Carrier technicians came 1. Mr. Gagan said : there is some installation issue or ac compressor issue my senior will visit your place , 2. person said: there might be compressor problem, 3. person Mr. Gagan Kumar said : might be stabilizer issue then I have changed the stabilizer but still get same issue, then tomorrow Mr. Mahesh Sharma came from Carrier he said : to monitor the running AC for 1 day without the stabilizer and then he installed the AC without stabilizer and advised me that he will come Sunday (16-06-2019) morning by 9 am but he did not come then I called him on his no.9958614894, on call he said he is not responsible to install the AC with stabilizer also he said that I need to raise the complaint in Carrier for this issue. Now tell me how many days you guys will take to resolve this issue as I am facing this problem from last 9 days (from 08-06-2019 to till now) for this newly purchased Window AC.
My Purchasing date: 08-June-2019 and Product Delivery Date: 10-June-2019.

Your every executive/technicians giving me the bullshit excuses, I am really fed-up with your stupid excuses and irritating services.

My complaint and Registration ID : 134155284/134129946. I also spoked to your Senior who is handling this escalation Mr. Rishabh Gupta. in your Carrier Customer care.(180030111111).
