Its been 4 years i have purchased the carrier 1.5 ton ac and from very first year it started creating problems pervious year the the compressor was changed and the gas was refilled by service center on the end of summer for which i have paid but on 14 july 2023 we switched on the ac and it does not responded on again filling complaint at service center to jalandhar to Mr.kashmir he talked very unethical way with me and after the service man came to dignose AC at pathankot he again told that there is no gas and lefted the house without repairing it. I really feel the carrier company has set there mind to harass the customer on services complaint moveover not to bother about the complaints and i am really done with this type of attitude and left with no option but to file a case in consumer forum. As there is no one to resolve the matter.

I have made complaint regarding my window ac on 20th june n on 21th june a carrier employee visited my house n told my compressor is not working. Till today 1th july it has not been repaired n when i called costumer care they even dont know about my service status as they cant tell me a when will it be repaired. Cont 93307799922 as soon as possible.

I bought AC in Carrier on 14/05/23 and had a cooling issue about a week back 12/07/23. Later, service engineer identified a gas leakage on 14/07/23 which was at level 20. Then he re-filled gas upto 140 level. I was worri d if again there will be gas leakage which might harm the lives. Now, I see an FC error which denotes fault compressor. I m scared to switch on the AC. Please replace it with a better proper product or refund my money. This is really disappointing and I m worried. Kindly support.

I have raised a request for AMC of 1.5 ton window AC many times... But no reply from company. Highly unprofessional behaviour... Very bad services.

Dear sir
I have purchase a new carrier AC on 17th April 2023.Now on 2nd sept 2023 there are some E3 error on my AC and Now AC is faulty 6 days already cross but no resolution till now.This is fully harassment towards customer from carrier AC company .kindly take step and resolve asap.

Dear,

This is to inform you that last month I had a complaint regarding AC's Service. but no response from your side and then today i am mailing you as a reminder to resolve the issue that we are suffering.
1) Firstly, I am satisfied that you provide AC's Service.
2) Our customer also complained of AC ,which is affecting our company profile.
3 Carrier Ac's Installed because of our Raebareli Branch which used to last 10 years.
4) I'm not going to daily follow up regarding this.
5) After service AC is not working within 2 to 3 days .
6) Our company continues paying Authorised Dealer of Carrier after that why consumer suffering.
7) Sorry to say that this service issue is the worst I've ever seen which I've been suffering from for the last few months.

So you requested to Resolve the issue as soon as possible.
