Regarding online ticket booking
As i booked my ticket online from hyderabad to degloor via bichkunda tck no: 872239 bus service no:M2340 seat no:9 deaparture time from starting palce:2:30pm dated 7-3-2024 as per the on the ticket the bus haved to start at 2:30 pm but the bus has left from the bus stop at 2:00 pm so i have missed my bus. iam requesting you to take an action regarding on the respective msrtc managment that the bus has left from the bus station before the departure time.
we caught bus at the bhickunda bus stop by enquring the driver and the conductor as they are not responding properly.they have started the bus before departure time .i am requesting you to refund my money as soon as possible. and take neccessary action on the people who is responsible.the action status can sent to my mail,or else i approach to the court .
