Booked a bus ticket on 17/02/2023. but the bus was very late.

As i booked my ticket online from hyderabad to degloor via bichkunda tck no: 872239 bus service no:M2340 seat no:9 deaparture time from starting palce:2:30pm dated 7-3-2024 as per the on the ticket the bus haved to start at 2:30 pm but the bus has left from the bus stop at 2:00 pm so i have missed my bus. iam requesting you to take an action regarding on the respective msrtc managment that the bus has left from the bus station before the departure time.

we caught bus at the bhickunda bus stop by enquring the driver and the conductor as they are not responding properly.they have started the bus before departure time .i am requesting you to refund my money as soon as possible. and take neccessary action on the people who is responsible.the action status can sent to my mail,or else i approach to the court .

Today Shirur to Baramati bus was very late and this issue happens frequently and complained to manger but she was not giving action. So please support to me.

As I booked online ticket from Dharashiv to Pune via Barshi ticket no 3879364 from Barshi bus departure time is 03:02 pm. Me and my family waiting for bus but bus was late we thought it may be late for 30minuts but we have waited there 1.30 hours. it means till 4:30pm bus hasn’t came. so we did enquiry to barshi bus enquiry section but they are not responding us properly even we asked them let us know when bus will came they said we don’t know. again we asked them give us dharashiv depo number we can enquiry but they have provide us wrong no but also tried from internet but the Dharshiv bus stand no is wrong after that barshi bus depo told us catch swarget bus which is stand Infront of us when we caught that bus that driver and conductor said that bus will go to Solapur. few off them saying Solapur and few off the saying pune. that management is very very bad.
