Show me the steps of how to repair the error code 504 as i am trying to update and install my you tube app it says it wont support and shows the error code 504. pls send the details to get it fixed.

In my Thomson TV smart 43 inch YouTube is not supported.

I have brought Thomson smart tv 43 but with in one year it's display is damaged. I have tried to connect with customer care after two days my call has accepted but not solved my problem and provide a e mail for complaint till today my problem could not solve.

4K Video does not play and voice problems. Youtube used to run but no longer, Netflix and YouTube not working.

This is sasidharan ,My Thomson LED TV is not working I am keep on trying for customer service more than 100 times but no executive are picking the call .Even I have sent mail to consumers care but no one is replied or responded back.I am very very disappointed with the service such worst ever service centre I saw .I will not even refer to others to buy this Thomson LED TV.such fraud company I ever seen .not fair for not responding to the customer.

I brought Thomson UD9 series LED TV 50 inches on 17/02/2019 from filpcart marketing company. TV under additional warranty. I logged the complaint, service engineer visited and take the video on 18/11/2019, we will give the time to response but did't got any reply from service people. Again we make a phone call to concern person(Service guy) unfortunately he was attend the call and visited, examine all the things and take the photos of serial No. & panel bar code No. The engineer said that, I send the entire details of service requirements to thomson consumer care they were revert the within couple of days.
Hence, please update the current status of my compliant and resolve the issue as early as possible.
