Hello sir i am biggest fan of your product kurkure( CHILLY CHATKA) i like it very much and i love to eat it again and again. It is spicy and chilly in taste but i think it should be more spicy and chilly flavour. I hope u will make it.

I am purchase a pepsico products last five years & I have two shop in Air Force I am demanding him a two new fridzes ,tables &chair bt Mr Banti didn't give me any fridge, tables chair .i have a big problem with out fridge sold a Pepsi drinks. Lays cream and onion flavour is me & my family's our personal favourite flavour but can't eat too often since it is oily & can you please introduce baked version of lays potatoe chips in cream & onion flavour that will be very helpful for health conscious people because of demand in diet friendly snacks lay can be leading player only if you bring in the market baked or without oil / less version of chips thanks.

Lays no tasted all the three packets i bought had the same taste. after few hours of opening it became so bad that the bitter after taste wouldn't go. we buy lays thinking its a product of a reputed company but i was shocked with the quality.

Sirr the packing of chips on date 31aug. 2019. Taste is so bad sooo salty and some peaces of chips are burn and very bad taste.

I bought a packet of uncle chips as it has always been my favourite chips. The batch no. is BV12919 manufactured on 12 sept '19. All the chips were broken and the taste was so bitter, they were all BURNT and were unfit for eating.It's not the first time it happened. Eating uncle chips is like brushing up all the childhood memories. Please show some concern about this.

We buy only pepsi product but when the product was expired the dealer was not taken back so we buy some coco cola products during expiry they taken back and give new products and also they give cooler . when a pepsi product we sold we got 2 or 3 rupees. So then pepsi product expired they didnot taken back soo we face lot of lost of money. So what is our profit sir.

I have found some black chips inside it's so horrible to see it.

Batch No.N1251019 this was batch no my lays calm cream and onion . The taste of chips was bleak and it seems the potato peels were on chips and piece was black in color looked like a burned one.

Why the production of your kurkure masala much is becoming so low, the size and quality is very much disappointing? Please look into this matter and specially increase the size and width of single kurkure because we enjoy it very much. Hope to see changes soon.

Packets found empty with hardly 1 or 2 chips in it weighs 15 gms as printed on the packet. The clients have been complaining often for all flavours of chips, how will this be rectified or who will take care of our loss. Feeling cheated by the reputed company.

I used to really like the taste of Lay's especially of calm cream and onion flavour but new packs show bottom half of face of humans which is not good. While eating, it feels like you are taking chips from someone's mouth which is really gross. So, kindly please change the design/appearance of the Lay's packets.

I anurag sharma reporting to you because of severely high levels of sodium (892 mg) in your kurkure pack. I got my mouth roughed cut from salt in the kurkure and and your kurkure does not meet the standard of fassi sodium limits 0.25 mg please do not risk lives of people for money.please reduce the amount of sodium from your brands. Why the production of kurkure solid masti is very low? I mean I love them but I am not getting them anywhere in odisha. Please please please it's my kind request to you to increase its production and distribution so that I can easily purchase and enjoy eating them.

I got 2 packs of plain salted uncle chips. These are my favourite flavoured chips but from few days When I open My lays packets. I see lots of burnt chips which tastes bad. please do improve the quality.
