My customer id is 100037050, I have complained twice on 19.06.19 & 24.06.19 with complain no. 728300085 and 729308415.Till date in spite of message to resolve the problem on 21.6.19 by 04.45PM and 24.6.19 by 06.59 PM nobody contacting me nor coming for resolving the problem.

In Haveri city colour kan, colour super channels are coming but news channels like public TV, digvijaya TV, TV 9, TV 5 are not coming. After complaint they give commands. Then all channels displayed. After few days problem again repeated.

Again complaints they said your LNB is shorted. It's rs 350 +200 service charges. After near two years problem the same repeated. Then check the service man take rs 200 one month back. Now the same problem repeated siglal not available.

Your service is not satisfied. Cable connection is better than u. We suffering from your service and good.

This is very bad service. sabse phle to. Customer service ki taraf se call aya k apko ek channel free mila h but maine mna kiya fir bhi unhone chala diya uske bad meri service 3 din phle band kr di or jb customer service pr call kiya to pta chla free vale channel k vajah se cut ki h fir complaint ki or senior ne bataya k apki service start ho jaegi or fir uske bad se me daily customer service pr kr rhi hu pr koi solution nhi mila h or call bar bar hold pr rkh dete h gir cut kr diya kya ye acchi service h my d2h id 54411360.

Custcare not support. I have balance but message showing "recharge before 24Aug". Sometime"Smart card not properly inserted" when I OFF/ON,TV starts.These messages come frequently.I have told custcare 3 times but not taking interest and today they have completely closed signal.In this condition I will change service provider also convey to my friends and relatives.

I am not satisfied with your company, because the set box malfunction is too high, your company engineer has to pay the charges, so I am not satisfied with your service, I get free service in the company, I request that I get my set box. Fix it for free, it is a problem month and you will not be able to charge in two by fixing my box......Id 82329871

D2H wale ne channel 481 activate kar diya meri bina permission ke. Ab Iska refund nahi kar rahe hai. pure 1 month se kah rahe hai, ho jayega magar hua nahi. Chor hain D2H wale.

I have been complaining to your coustomer service online but they are just making lip service and are interested in making more money from me. Instead of correcting the problem they are saying we will send engineer and charge Rs 200/- for the visit without my fault. I can not understand when I can view republic hindi channel why english channel of Republic is not coming clear. but as per the illiterate person sitting in complaint counter says only engineer can correct the problem and you have to pay.. WHY? If the problem is not corrected my subscription is due I will shift to some other service provider.
