I have given the compliant on May 3, 2016 and Complaint No: CAAC160503013 regarding Air cooler. Still now no one has responded to this issue. Further i have called the customer care several times and informed that server is down. This shows the carelessness and spoiling your brand image.

Hi,

I here by inform to you that we purchased 10 ltrs water jug from our local dealer last year and within week we found inside area became black after filled RO water. I complaint to local leader and check product and given return back to me. Then summer season gone. So I stop for use product. After few months again I started using product and same problems found again I visited to local dealer and they ignore for take my complaint. I request you to pls. Solve my complaint.

Hi,

I bought i a jug hot and cold inside one. There is one issue when we put inside hot milk , after 3 to 4 hrs it become sour milk , after 5 hrs it become curd. we are too much sick for this please suggest whats should i do to remove this problem.

Sir, I have purchased your product Steam Iron " Steamy 200A/B", Sr. No. HC 120002830815 on 14 -04-2017 from Rajshree Industries(India), Industrial Area ,Phase 1, Chandigarh.With in two three days,the Non Stick sole plate of steam press got damaged on the front side.I immediately handed to the owner of shop who assured to replace the same.I repeatedly visited his shop to inquire about the status but every time he assured that the steam press has been sent you through special courier.

I again visited the shop 11 05 2017 but the owner of shop returned the on the premise that i have to call on your Toll free number for steam replacement i.e.1800 22 3778. I repeatedly called on your Toll free number but he reply is please check the number. It appears that Toll free number printed on the box containing product is wrong number.I fail to understand that how you make your product to compete in market when you do not have back up for customer for their grievance.This amounts to cheating and unfair trade practice.

Please look into matter urgently and replace the same with in two days otherwise I will be constrained to take up the matter to consumer court.

I am having a shop named Relax The Home Shop, in Hiran Magri, Sector 4 Udaipur Rajasthan 313002. I m operating this shop from last one year with an huge sell. The competitive sell of the nearest competitor (Single Company) is around 7,00,000/-. The Distributor of Udaipur M/s Everest Distributor, Refuse to supply the product of Cello just because one of his nearest and dearest is having a shop near by us named Geetanjali Steel.

Kindly suggest me the policy of the company regarding dealers.

This is with reference to a recent purchase of cello water bottles from Amazon.. I am a very big fan of cello products.. I have been using many cello products since years. But a recent purchase made me feel very bad about cello products. I purchased cello H2O non breakable water bottles pack of 3 through amazon on Jan 1st week.. within weeks after I started using the water bottles, the color started fading, it even developed lot of scratches.. one fine day I kept my bottle inside my car for some 6 hours .. car was under sunlight. my bottle got completely melted, it got completely disfigured. it's really a very bad experience from cello. I really doubt the quality of Cello bottles, it's really bad. I can send u the photos of melted bottle. pls share me your mail I'd. I spent around 150 rs per bottle. it's really sad that I din get a good product from a reputed company like cello. I would like to get a replacement of the product. when I contacted Amazon regarding this issue, dey were completely helpless n asked me contact cello directly. kindly revert back to me at the earliest.

Complain for no response by company.

Not respond by company. your tollfree number and office numbers are not taken anything. It is so bad service given by you.

I purchased air cooler from your reputed company from Risali , Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, but till now cooler not working properly. The main reason that when we start the cooler water is falling outside and on the fan. I request you to kindly see my particular as under solve the problem as soon as possible.

I bought a flask in 6months ago, but it it was not working now.it heats outside of flask, so I didn't carry it. Please notify my complaint.

I purchased one steel flask, and now when I pour hot water init, it heats outside of the flask and water will became gradually cold water after 2 to 3 hrs. It couldn't hold the temperature. please not the complaint and kindly advise what I want to do further.

Sir/madam, we have cello steel flask, it have pressfit cap on threaded main lid; so now that press fit cap broke can you provide same.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a few months back ,one 1000 ml Stainless steel Cello Thermo flask -Model-COMMANDO" from Bilaspur (Chattisgarh). It is surprise to inform that after few days only the hotness is remaining for just two hrs and the water is turning to cold competently. The shop from where purchased said to contact the service center or lodge complaint to company as I missed the receipt. Since I was not knowing your contact details, I could not make complaint.

Since "Cello" is trusted name & i am regular buyer of Cello Products, this product has shaken my faith & disheartened me.

I will request you to kindly arrange return of the Insulated Stainless steel flask "Commando" 1000 ML through any dealer of Bilaspur (Chattisgarh state) or any other trusted model of flask may kindly be provided in exchange.

Hi, मैंने amazon के माध्यम से 1 जनवरी को नॉन स्टिक कुक वियर इंडक्शन बेस और गैस बेस के मंगाए थे जिनकी रिटर्न डेट 12 जनवरी थी, aub डेट निकल गई है, मैंने cello कंपनी के कुक वियर मांगे थे जो दिए भी गए थे, लेकिन उनकी क्वालिटी खराब निकली है भीतर जो काला रंग होता है वो निकलने लगा है, साथ ही बाहर का मेहरोम coler भी निकल रहा है उसका समाधान कैसे होगा बताए.

I bought cookware .. which by one use ...get its coating out ... I complain on c. Care no. After wards no response is there. Worst products. worst service.

Disappointed.

I have sold a mixer grinder. The customer registered a complain after a month. The problem is not yet solved by your service centre Satna. I hope the problem will get resolved as soon as possible. Worst service provider I have ever experienced .

We bought Electrical Kattle from the authorised dealer. We found that within 1.5 months On Off switch is not operational. There are huge scratches of warm water inside the kettle which may be because of the grade of SS sheet is not upto th mark. I hereby request you to kindly depute one service engineer to get atleast on off switch replaced & enable us to user the kettle which is non operational since few days. No spares are available in market & no dealer is responding back to us. such investment is a total loss for us in your brand. Need immediate attention.

I have purchased one water bottle 1.5 litre. but dealer can't provide bottle cover it's cheating with the customer and loss of faith with the company.
