MY gift voucher which i got from max showroom not working while booking tickets and the validity of gift voucher is not completed but then it is showing that till not activated.

I've been trying the Max voucher code but its like the offer is not valid for the specific date but it was just 6th.

When i tried to peel the movie voucher code it was not in good condition and got damaged and thus am unable to redeem. please help me to solve the issue before 10 of oct2018.

I booked tickets for 96 movie today in Chennai but dint get the booking confirmation and ID, apart from that my money was cut from the debit card..! plz take action as soon as possible!

time: 10:00 pm venue: Miraj cineraj Cinemas; Panvel (SCREEN1) SEATS: FAMILY C-B15, B16, B17

Due to sudden death of my Grandmother, me and my family was unable to go for the movie. I hope you understand my reason and you can even cross verify form the venue to know that I did not report there for the above said movie. I request you to refund my amount of Rs.503/- as soon as possible. I believe that being a regular customer I will get refunded in a few days. Please take quick initiative to refund my amount. I will be highly obliged if you could help me out.

Hi! I booked 5 tickets at inox trilium mall amritsar (punjab)2:30 am of 18 nov of biddayi movie. money payment is also done rs.1264.30 bt bar code of movie nd msg is not receive and movie seats are shown in open bt payment transaction is done. plz check it nd try to refund the money.

I booked 4 ticket today fantastic beasts 10pm payments dedicated but not any information.

I get a movie voucher from. Max showroom. And I get a aTempcode 6D17C and I get a promo code through mobile after that I just book my tickets in bookmyshow at payment pag unlock the offers and apply promo codes. after that I don't get a movie tickets.

I use to receive an email from BMS for offers like 50% off 100% off. From last 6 month, i'm unable to receive the email from you people. Request you to please share this kind of offer email to my email id to enjoy booking with BMS.

I have got a movie voucher of book my show bearing no---bmsqebzht but i can’t reedem it for rs 200/-.Pls solve problem fast.I want to go movie today.Or else i can go to the hall & deposit the voucher and give the extra moneys in cash,i will also pay the internet chgs.Solve fast.I am waiting.

This is to inform you that I had booked 3 tickets for the movie Bharat scheduled for Saturday 22nd June 2019 @11.00 pm vide the bookmyshow portal.

On reaching the theater we found that the movie BHARAT was cancelled for that particular day and another movie was being screened. The doorman led us to the theater manager who confirmed the same and informed us that a mail pertaining to the same had been forwarded to bookmyshow team.

We immediately contacted the bookmyshow help desk and lodged our grievance. The customer care agent said he will arrange a refund within 2 days. Once again on follow up I was informed that the theater has told NOT TO REFUND the amount as the show was not cancelled.

I have ordered a fitness tracker watch for rupees 361 and the watch was missing some parts this i return and the package was taken away by an agent but the refund was not given when I asked them they told me to post in it and they may help if I don't get my money then i will complaint on it.
