During the time of booking the Airlift movie tickets, after i paid the money the transaction has failed.The money has been debited from my account of Rs 134.74. So i want you to refund my money back as soon as possible.

This is chitranjan das. I booked a show of bahubali 2 on 26th April from bookmyshow.com. My transaction was cancelled as there was no seats available on the same timing which i preferred. I received a mail from your side of which screenshot is attached with this mail. which describes that my refund will be transacted in 10 working days. Today is 9th April but still I m not refunded with my money. I request you to take some action against it.

I have booked 4 tickets but due to some caused cancelled all tickets.. So I have not get my refund amount. plz help me.

I had booked a ticket.but I don't get the ticket in purchase history .but amount debited from my account.make sure that my tickets are booked and send me the confirmation.
