My tv WiFi is not connecting due to software problem, Samsi Malda.

The TV is not working properly since 1 week.... regardly register my complaint.

I can't connect my Thomson smart TV to wifi. when I go to settings and then go wireless network it is not showing me the name of wifi to connect so kindly please solve my problem.

I have contacted CC Executive of Flip Cart on 09.05.2019 over phone to resolve the problems with consultation to Thomson Company Customer Care. Now a days Service is more important than marketing a product and such type of low response by a CCE of world wide net sopping company flip cart like is really shameful. Hence it is requested to resolve the following problem at an earliest please.

1. while switching on the smart tv, image of the monitor is looking like a multi color display art panel which disappears after some time and the video looks clear.
2. graphic color not looking satisfactory.
3. social media browsing not taking place.

I got tv as a gift. After few month i open seal pack tv which is broken display.

I am purchase a TV 55 inches by Flipkart but I am not satisfied. पैकिंग के ऊपर कुछ नहीं लिखा है पास थॉमसन लिखा है इसलिए मैंने अभी पैकिंग नहीं खोली है और मैं उसको वापिस करने जा रहा हूं क्योंकि पैकिंग से मैं सेटिस्फाई नहीं हूं.

i have purchased Thomson 50" UD9 series and that TV was working only one day and TV was off with crack sound. we noticed that cracks on TV screen so we complained to Flipkart where i purchased this TV, they a\have arranged technical visit and they confirmed there is a damage on the screen and put blame on us. since there is no complaint while installing. the product is idle @ home and i have tried to reach Thomson help line 18008438777 but no response. i sent an email to consumercare@thomsontv.in but no response still. Anyone know how to reach them to resolve my problem?

Very poor, Thomson tv not consumer friendly.

Since I have purchased my Thomson B9R pro 4 months back, till now my Netflix is not working and there is a new issue like YouTube update when I go to update it says like your device is not comparable with this version the same is with Netflix since 4 months. When I speak to your customer care they said like it will be resolved on 21 sep 2019 but its not not done when I call back again same reason is given. Can some on help me and register a complaint with this issue.
