I purchased a VIP suitcase on Feb 3 2018. I took it along with me to the US for the first time in July 2018. Unfortunately, the suitcase is coming apart on all sides - the wheel is sliced off, side handle stitching is coming off, zip handle broken. I am customer of VIP for the last 25 years and have bought dozens of bags but never have I seen such a poor quality bag. I have deposited the bag yesterday at your VIP factory outlet MGF Megacity Mall, MG Road, Gurugram. I got the reference no. SF24401 by SMS. I have made a request to honour the warranty and replace this defective suitcase with a new one. This has shaken my faith in the VIP brand.

Worst service i purchased one month back after my bag broken still 40 days still I have not get my bags worst sky bags, this is first time. I have purchased never ever I will buy vip and sky bags future.

I have a complain to vip kankurgachi Kolkata store because the given me damage product and now he is giving me excuses pf warranty.

I, Mr Nathuaa Ram have purchased a suitcase on 06 Nov 2016 of Rs.4119/- with warranty period of 5 year. Now I have to change this cracked lock but I have not found any shop regarding this. Sir, I have purchase a zip small bag with trolley facilities one year bag from one of your agent from imphal. Recently while traveling from imphal to Delhi the lock attach to trolley has broken. kindly tell me where shall i get repair the same in imphal manipur.
