I recommend to close down the call center and toll free numbers. i have tried nearly 30 times where still the line is not connecting yet.

I purchased a Window 1.5 Ton AC in the month of May 2018, I call on ur customer care number 18602584848 twice, after registered my complaint/request, nobody call me or not to solve the issue till now.

I further request u, may kindly resolve my request within 3 days, either I'll take legal action against the company.

Ive calling the toll free number but it never gets connected, none of your numbers work. Im under my 1 year warranty and need servicing asap. Call me, I had reschedule the servicing on 7th April but no one has come as yet. Ridiculous customer service.

Hi,

I have placed an order from e shop on 30 th March. But not received any update or news on the product delivery. I almost called 200 times to customer care but no response. I drop an email on April 2nd to provided email id's. But no response received from them.

This is not expected support from reputed company like Hitachi. Let me know who is going to help me on this order.

I purchase hitachi split AC on feb 2019 till installation gas refilled 3 time as there is manufacturing defect that’s why gas leaked repeatedly . And there is no customer support pls shutdown your toll free number services as no one their to hear my problem.

Last year on May 20,2019 I bought one Hitachi Split AC from one dealer in Mohan Garden named Hari Om electronics. As it is going to be an year and two services were given free so I want to avail atleast one of them as after May 20,2019 it will be exhausted.

Dear Concern,

Greetings!

I am Megh Shah. I am facing problem with the cooling of my Hitachi 1.5 ton split ac and also with the dealer of Hitachi Service after warranty (Kingstone Home Service).

On 24th June, 2019, I called to Hitachi Customer Care on 1860 258 48 48. Please check the images for the customer care numbers. I had tried to contact 91-797141-4848 or 91-756788-4848 numbers but I got busy tone and so after that I called to 1860 258 48 48.

I book a repair work complaint for the ac cooling on 1860 258 48 48. From that service centre, Mr. Asif – 99198 07687 was allocated to me and they came for the repair work from Kingstone Home Service. They told me there is only gas issue in the ac and Rs. 3250/- will be the cost for the repair and gas refilling. I said ok to him and he did it at night.

But from the second day, I feel less cooling from my ac and on 26 June, 2019, there is no cooling from my Hitachi ac. Again I faced the same problem on 26th June, 2019 and again I call to 1860 258 48 48. I called to Mr. Asif on his personal number for 50 times. But they did not come to check the ac on 26th June, 2019.

On 27th June, 2019, Mr. Asif from Kingstone Home Service, ahmedabad, gujarat came to repair my ac. He check the ac and do something and tell my wife that your ac is fine now. But I am still facing the same cooling problem. No cooling in my Hitachi 1.5 ton Split AC.

I try to complaint for the same. They charge me Rs. 3250/- and I am facing so many problems after it.
They told me they are from Hitachi out of warranty department. Please confirm this. If they are not from Hitachi dealer department, then also I was cheated by Kingstone Home Services. I have to make police complaint for the same.

I need help from your side to get my money back and repair my product. You can call me any time for the clarification for the same. As Rs. 3250/- (Bill attached) is not a small amount, I will go for the consumer forum, too for this fraud.

Please look into this and do the needful.

I call to 18602584848 for refrigerator repair on 09/06/2020. A person come on next day name Azmi mobile no. 9004141243. he told ice controller is not working. i told him to change it, he cut a wire and change a small connector and taken 6150 rs. I tell him for bill he told it's come on what's up next day. but no bill received yet. Now again I call to call center they not answering properly. I think i was cheated. call center telling they not received any complaint from me. what can I do now?

I have requested for ac service, as my ac was under warranty. But as the service once done, from that day ac is cooling less even I had complained two days after service in customer care, but no one visited yet even after 15 days. I called again they are saying there is no complain mentioned. Now warranty period is also finished, what should I do now? They have given me so poor service, there mechanic were so incompetent, and moreover they have not registered my complaint. I will not buy any Hitachi product again. Very poor service.

The AC problem has not been resolved, but, AMRIT ELECTRICALS has already taken INR 2500 from us after quoting a different problem. The problem has not got resolved yet. Please help us.

We booked a service call for our 3 door Hitachi Fridge on the 8th June '21. The problem was with the freezer compartment, it was not freezing. The next day, two technicians turned up (9513870128), checked the freezer, told us that the sensor on the motherboard has become weak, took Rs.7800/- from us, went away with the motherboard. Returned in 30 mins., fixed the motherboard back and said to wait 24 hours for the freezer to work.

We waited 24 hours, and checked the freezer still does not work. We called the technician's number and there is no reply. After calling several times, and a repeat call to 18602544848, we received a call ostensibly from the Bangalore Service Center (9916278777) telling us that the previous technician (Shoaib) will visit and fix the issue. However, after that the technician still has not come and a when we asked about a receipt for the Rs.7800/- that we had paid the Bangalore Service Center gave us vague replies - we will send with technician etc..

Looks like a case of cheating.

Question is - what exactly is this number that we are calling 1860 254 4848 - whose number is this? And how come this number is listed in the Invoice as the support number?
