This is to inform you that I Abhimannu Nayak purchased a Real me 2 pro smartphone worth Rs 15,135 from flipkart, the phone was hanging a bit, camera was not working properly & when I during scroll down the pages in fb or insta, it's just freeze. But you people assured me for the replacement. But still I haven't getting any response from your side. You people are manipulating us & I don't want any replacement this time, I want my money to be refunded this time & I don't have so much time for technical visits as I am also a working person in a private firm.

I bought the SanDisk 32 GB ultra SDHC card on flipkart site.After using it was showing corrupted Sd card ,it is not working, & after comparing with my others SanDisk card ,I am sure this product is not a original.
So i have requested for refund,I have raised return, but today without any information request has rejected from seller site.

I have ordered Unltimate Nutrition Pro Star Whey Protein from Flipkart.com got delivered on time but the product seems to be not genuine. Reasons i found to get the product fake are:

1) Product printing is totally different from the products shown & also which i have used earlier.
2) Didn't find 5 dots on the back side of the cap of the product
3) No ultimate nutrition logo or symbol on the air tight seal cover.

I have placed an order on Flipkart vide order no 05114523215111806000 for supply of Edge Plus 30 pin USB for Apple iphone 4/4s mobile charger (White) and paid money through my debit card.

On 27th January i received only cable and i requested for either sending the charger or cancel the order and arrange refund. Got an sms saying replacement sent. Received the item again today 31/01/19 at 11.45, opened in front of courier boy it contains only cable but no charger. Talked to your 18002089898 and explained the position and requested for cancellation of order and refund.

I tried to send images of items received by email cs @flipkart.Com . Got a message saying the email is not used to contact the number. share email id to send the images of wrong /incomplete item delivery. reply to my email id or mob by sms will be highly appreciated.

I have ordered a sandisk memory card on 28thDecember 2018 and my order ID is OD114276023400284000 but it was not working properly. Every time it ask for format it and do not show space properties of it, then I complained as return of the above said product and it was picked up and redelivered on 7th January 2019. This time again it was having same problem, then I had complained a return of the same above said product again but this time the model of memory card was changed. I have not noticed the such thing, the model of memory card I have ordered was SANDISK ULTRA 64GB MICRO SDXC CLASS 10 100 MB/S but I have found SANDISK ULTRA 64GB MICRO HC I CLASS 10 100 MB/S memory card.

The packing of the memory card is same but inside the packet it was another card as I mentioned above. Now kindly refund my amount of Rs 925/- of above said product because it was not working properly and it was another model memory card, by all this above happened problem. I will also not able to claim the warranty also as because bill is for different model and the seller had sent me another model memory card. so please take an immediate action in any above mentioned problem.

I ordered a mobile which had a deadline of 24 January, but the order was canceled by giving false message on your behalf, which was told that the address and PIN are incorrect while the same company's television was delivered from you on the same address, After compilation, it was told that there will be no such mistake again, after which I booked the mobile which was given on February 4, whereas on January 31 the mobile has reached Raipur. Even after that, even after learning, no problem has been solved, if available on your behalf from the address.

If unable to provide information on your behalf, you can also give your hub or number of delivery, or you can refuse to solve the problem on your behalf, so that you can not face the problem of mental problems. Have to do it.

I am order some grocery on 1st February. I have some problem so i cancel my order. Now 10th February still I am not get my money. flipkart is not refund my amount. lot of time I call flipkart customer care. they said give me four days and three days every time but still no use... Plz justice.

Please look in this Flipkart trying to play smart game with me when I complaint regarding my quiry that time they reply on mail Flipkart seller will honor the difference amount.(In Chain mail).

Kindly once go through my Problem... Flipkart seller cancelled my order without taking my permission Order ID OD114516783756021000 if Flipkart sellers are totally not responsible then this is Flipkart Duty to full fill E-commerce Business Guidelines. I paid full payment then also Flipkart not delivered the Item at my place and Flipkart Seller Cancelled my order...how can? Who will paid for this loss....I m loosing 5 K more for same item currently.

I am totally Unable to understand Flipkart way of Calculation, Can I know what is the Mean of NO COST EMI???

Because there I am paying Extra amount on EMI conversation for below mentioned Order.
Old order-OD114516783756021000 EMI- 3414 for 12 months Means at the End total amount payable is Rs.40,968/-
New Order-OD114571889490213000 EMI- 3583 for 12 months Means at the End total amount payable is Rs.42,996/-

Difference amount - Rs.1874/- (As per Flipkart Calculation).
Difference amount - Rs.2028/- (As per my Calculation).
The product which I purchased is available on 37,000/- at the time of Offer but Now it's available on 40,000/- So according to me there is 3,000/- Difference and SBI Card payment offer which is 1750/-
In this new order I lost my SBI Card payment offer which is Rs.1750/-

So according to me there is short fall of Rs.154/- & SBI Card payment offer which is Rs.1750/-
Total amount I lost in this new order is Rs.1904/- which is Flipkart have to pay me.

At the time of this order OD114516783756021000 there is SBI Card offers Rs.1750/-off. available & Not cost EMI also available.

Due to cancelled this Order by Flipkart seller i loose Rs.1750/- of SBI Card offer by Flipkart.

But now Flipkart taken a you turn and telling order OD114516783756021000
done by credit card no cost EMI was not applied, Answer from Flipkart.(Screen short attached at the time of transaction process from Flipkart website during his Offer period last month in Jan 2019 and I have msg confirmation also from SBI Bank my transaction under EMI Process and decline from Flipkart).

Now Flipkart not giving me SBI Card offer (Rs.1750 & EMI Differences Rs.154 Total Amt Rs.1904/- )

Dear Consumer Forum....Need your help First order OD114516783756021000 which I booked there all offers are available but due to Flipkart seller cancelled my order without taking my permission or concern this is fraud in E-commerce Business Guidelines.

This is the worst experience of my life. i had taken this mobile from flipkart online on 11th Jan 2019 n on 13th Feb automatically network showing no service. same went n showed in mi store n they said motherboard is gone n it will cost 6 thousand rupees. Same asked with flipkart they r saying there is no warranty for internal parts. So this is to inform u that plz never ever buy online phone from flipkart. I have received the pillow I ordered, order ID is OD114651184731165000, invoice no. is FAAKO411900002634 dated 09/02/2019 sold by SAI ENTERPRISES , HOUSE NO. 193, BLOCK C-3, SULTANPURI, NEW DELHI-86. The pillow is Turion Cervical Pillow (free size, beige colour) The pillow delivered is a used old and dirty pillow. I wish to return it or exchange it. I tried to contact the seller, but there is no contact number in your website or email ID in your website. So I failed to contact the seller directly.

The pillow was delivered on 15/02/2019. I am sending you the pictures of the product. You yourself see and would understand the issue. I am really surprised that the seller does not have any contact number/email ID registered with your website. How you have allowed such a vendor who con not be contacted/ I have never received any order confirmation mail neither from Flipkart nor from the seller. Kindly solve the issue.
