Your d2h company is totally waste of my money and time because 6 to 8 days my d2h connection is not working properly. Also any customer service is not pick up my phone your company is very rudely behavior.

From past 5 days i am trying to book my channel pack but everytime it says couldnt save the changes. I tried getting in touch thru customer service however the number is not getting connected, i also tried to request for a call back twice there is no respond thru that as well, website is not working either. I dont know how proceed further and resolve this issue. My registered contact number is 9820755627. Kindly arrange a call back.

I have recharged our d2h account 87947079 with 300 on 7.02.2019 but still d2h ahiwing there have no sufficient balance in my account. Also your customer care no. Going not reachable. Also i have selected mere vala plan with amt.285/- at your site. But still no implementation. Please start my plan on priority basis.

Videocon D2h is very very bad. Inka koi bhi customer care number lagata nahi sab pata nahi kaha busy hote hai. Jab call ko lagani hi nahi hoti hai to number kyu diya or likha hai 24×7 mere pack recharge hai hai tab bhi bol.rahe hai phir se recharge karo bahut hi kharab service hai aap logo se request hai videocon d2h na lagwaye or koi bhi lagwa lo atlis koi problem hogi to call to lag jaye gi in salo ko bus paisa badana aata hai or apni service ko nahi 79380330 ye meri ID hai.

Or ye mera number 9670835904 jis company wale ko baat karni hai kar le loosers videocon d2h.

D2h My id 134244877. Your toll free or other number not response last 3week i have done recharge gold pack 300 per month continues last 5 years but given to me great service. Per month my super gold pack putted and per month all Channel's not work last 3 month wastage my money. Plz solve my problem. It is very 3rd class service.

My previous balance was sufficient upto 14th Feb, 2019. Unfortunately you disconnected the system on 10th Feb.2019. When I checked the site there was a balance of 49 Rs. Every day you are reducing the balance without giving any service. I am trying to contact your customer care and not able to get through.

I am trying to set my channels for the last two weeks in your d2h.com, but the link is not working. When you changed the Booking as per TRAI what arrangements you made for your lakhs of customers. Any additional link, customer care Number (if any).

You are simply taking your customer for a ride....is in't it. this is not the way a responsible Co. should function. useless company n customer care.

I stopped my connection on 2nd of Jan 2019 till 3rd of feb 2019 today it’s 12th of feb 2019 these people are not opening my channels we are trying since 4rth of feb but these customer services people are not attending us I am thinking to make complaints to trai and sue them in consumer court for harassing us I’d no 59646726 videocon d2h service.

I am regular customer 4-5 year. D2h service r so so so poor, sorry 2 be honest but that’s truth, we again pay 4th time extra charge, then again repeat same problem. Poor poor poor poor service Videocon d2h.

I recharged my account ID 68449828(multi room connection) on 2nd Feb.'2019 for 3 months (Pack name PLATINUM, Rs.550/- per month) . As per TRI new guideline and your "Mera wala plan'' of d2h service I opted channels as per my choise. But till date this is very unfortunate that the channels are not activated. I am fully disagree with your opted channels you activated now. Please do the needful at an early date.
