I am trying to contact Videocon d2h customer care no from morning all no's are not working. Some no's are not exist and some no's are not reachable. It is a very poor service and negligence work.

videocon user for past several years they were very technically better from other dish atenna now very worst technically week. being a malayalee audience not able to enjoy the gifted channels like asianet,flowers and other due to this ignorant staff who are spoiling. never take any calls. patetic toll free numbers. i will tell my id 51052358. they know me well i think stupid what can i say?how on earth this thing happens.

We subscribed for New south Gold pack paid also but now sports channels not coming so many channels not coming trying more than 100 times from past 3 days no customer care receive calls very worst service so we will switch to other d2h services please request not to take Videocon d2h Dish.

Videocon d2h is providing Third class services... Whenever we give a call to customer care no it shows busy. I would like to disconnect this service & go for other options.

After feb 1st all subscribed channels are been removed and customer care number not at all accessible. what the hell is this company service dept is doing with the paid customers.

I ever seen like this WORST Service in all over world. Better don't west our time & stop your rotten service. Yet not implemented services as per new trai rules of 2019. How can country hopes with you? Very shame full us the words biggest is cheating with own nation people.

Your number is not getting connected.i am trying last 3 hours.it shows busy and gets disconnected.please recharge my tv my customer id is 66432964.

I am unable to recharge the videocon d2h connection. Various attempts to contact the customer care number and repeated mails have failed. I am on the verge of changing the service provider. prospective new connection aspirants are advised to consider options other than videocon d2h.

Your fuc##g customer care numbers not at all able to connect and this new process of buying the channels package are headache which implemented by TRAI. So please improve your dirty service and try to resolve it you all idiots sitting there. Worst service ever seen.

From 3 days i m continuously calling customer care and every time it is showing number is busy. How much time will it take to connect u? I have also mailed twice bt getting no response, very poor service. I will never suggest anyone to apply videocon d2h.

The customer care number is not working. Tried number of times to get connected to the customer care officer by pressing 9 to recharge my account but got a computer generated message that Press 0 to return to the main. When line gets connected to customer care officer,Pls call after 1 hour . After 1 hour when we dial it again says that pls return to main menu. The service of VIDEOCON D2H is worst.

I had called your customer care nos.today,regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my product.

I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the service provider.

Its pathetic, from last 2 days we are trying your customer care numbers for the issues we are facing. None of the lines are getting connected. if got connected its saying all lines are busy. thank you for your patience and disconnected. It this kind of services videocon is giving to their customer, very disappointed. Seems like Its time to shift the service provider.

I am trying to call since last 3 days to service related issue but still call not connected. I write mail to customer care with detail issue and customer care number but no one responded other than automatic reply. this is height of patience.

D2h service is the worst service I had experience .since last two days I am trying to call the customer care. No one is picking up d call even two or three times called connected but disconnect automatically. They don't even bother to reply on mail.. Had sent few mails but haven't received any responses. U better close down ur services. Please don't buy any new connections.

My stb number is 76524642.

I can not find many of my subscribed channels. i have concern regarding new recharge, whether it will work r not. i tried to contact you at your site and through phone, about 150 times but could not reach. i am frustrated with your worst service and worse/unprofessional call center personnel. please do needful or disconnection will remain an only choice for me.

I recharged 4 days ago and still am not able to see any channels. But the amount is deducted daily. I tried several times to customer care number9115691156 but waste. Always network busy. Very very worst experience. I even emailed them twice but no response. Very very bad service. Please do not choose videocon d2h,

Pathetic service from Videocon. Not picking up the calls and have closed all the channels and not able to login to their site as well. What about our subscription which is not ended so the recharge amount has gone waste. If i don't get a call or email in next 24 hours then by Sunday i will switch to different d2h provider. My customer id is133925819.
