Irresponce for return request
I bought a product in paytm mall app. The product quality is very poor so I requested return request then received same day. But pick up person didn't come to my house.

Edc device not activated
I have paid for edc device 20 days before but device has not been activated yet. Neither the edc agent is responding nor his senior. They r making fool of people. Disgusting experience with paytm.. I will never use anything related to paytm nor advice anybody to associate with paytm.
Defective Dell laptop
Brought a laptop for 64000 Rs and received a defective product. No response from any side. Very bad experience.
About poor service and fake product delivery
This is the worst service ever received from any online shopping application. I ordered 1 Blue jeans and 1 Wired Earphone (3.55 mm jack with MIC and volume key) but received poor quality jeans whose fabric was entirely different from how it looked.... And the earphones were duplicate. Truly disappointing.
Poor service and wrong delivery of product
It was very bad experience. I bought 2 products and each of them were like a disaster.....and fake products received. i advice everyone not to use this shopping app.

Paytm Mall customer care people are not supporting . They are not receiving calls, they have taken payment for a product and are not delivering it.
Consumer harassment/faltering with the order summary by paytm

This is regarding issues with the return of my order number 8904472930 of Redmi note 7s- 32gb-sapphire blue. My main issue is that I ordered a black colored phone and I remember it very clearly. However, I received a sapphire blue colored phone and to my shock, my order history was also faltered with by that time and it was sapphire blue in the orders as well. Next, I called customer care and registered my grievance. The customer care told me that it was returnable and I should register a return request from my side on 8th August 2019. Thinking that the blue-colored phone will be returned, I ordered for myself a black color phone spending another set of 10,500 INR.
After that, I was waiting for pick up of my return of the old order of sapphire blue phone which again I should mention that, was a faltered-with order. I got another shock on 13th August when I got a message that the product was not returnable.
This is nothing, but a gross violation of my consumer rights. This has not just cost me economically but has caused harassment to me. I'm writing this to you to arrange a refund of my order number as mentioned above as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'll be compelled to file a consumer complaint against Paytm for insufficiency of services and consumer harassment. I request you as well as insist you take immediate action on my concern.

Thanks for sharing the code. but the PROBLEM I am still facing is when i go to pay electricity bill there is no provision to apply your shared code Electricity Code:"ELEZJENDZ6JYZZ". Please guide me how to pay my electricity bill Rs 1850 & simultaneously avail the discount as per the coupon.
My earnest request to revert back as soon as possible because I am approaching deadline to pay the bill.

Worst courier partners
Paytm mall is good but your courier partners are worst ever. I am cancelling my two order today due to bad service by courier partners. And also uninstall Paytm app and paytm mall app from my smart phone .Because Pay tm can not do anything to courier service providers after complaining several times.Only buy on cash on delivery if possible.
Purchase of Videocon DTH from Paytm
have booked a Videocon DTH connection on 30.11.2019 through Paytm and was installed on 06.12.2019 by Sri Suraj Kumar. Sri Kumar has informed me that there is some issues in this connection it may be taken up later and accordingly he demanded me Rs. 170 for extra 14 mtrs Cable, then I paid him Rs. 170 for extra cable and he told me that next day it would be work. But next that i.e. 07.12.2019 I called him he didn't pick my phone and a no. of calls he replied me that please contact Mr. Pradeep, who is senior to him Ranchi Area. I called Mr. Pradeep and he informed me that we are unable to resolve your issue. Accordingly I called Paytm customer care as well as Vediocon DTH Customer care and registered a complaint no. 767127381 and I got a message that it will be resolved by till Sunday 08.12.2019 but nobody contacted me or visited to my place till date. Today morning I called once again to Vediocon customer care and I was informed that today an engineer will visit to look out the problem and will fix it up. Now I waited for whole day and i took my office leave for this but nobody visited and I lost my leave too. I have done a lot of complaints to paytm too vide query no. 149315399, 149312836, 149314815, 149310415, 149263447, 149235859,148980587, 149167109,
Now please tell me what wrong I have done in my booking process.
