This company mobile phone works properly only few months after some time many problem are arise in mobile phone and service center is very bad. My mobile is very bad i.e. Android canvas A1 model AQ4501. 20 june 2015 to 6 july 2015 i visit 4 times for service. One problem solved another arise this process in continue..

I've submitted my phone Canvas Nitro A310 which is under warranty period on 18th sept 2015 and after making many calls to Service centre named "Satguru communication" located at Noida sector 18 UP finally they handed over me the phone and when I turned on I found its charging Jack is still not working properly however there were another problem arose touch pad stop working. After complaining this they have again asked me to submit the phone on 24th of september and still they have not handed over my phone whenever I call them they are telling your phone has been sent to company and there is no ETA when it will come back.

The mobile battery is taking lot of time for charging and coming to zero level within short time.

My cell phone A67 is not working properly and i gave in micromax store in bardi nagpur. they told me they have no software of this phone i think u r company service so bad, if u think ur company n service is best.... plz repair my phone.
