Krishna Mobiles)Shop no. 108, 1st floor, Saffron Tower(SF), Fatehgunj, Vadodara, Gujarat(India) on dated 21.02.2015 with Docket no.(W010360-0215-15181191) for minor defects (Problem in Display touch) , But there is no proper answer given to me from him till date, Also last week they had sent it to Delhi(Main Service centre) for further process, Kindly provide the time & Schedule of arrival of mobile i.e. where can i get my mobile?

Facing a lot of issues with my micromax smartphone. It keeps hanging and apps keep closing without any visible reason, although my phone is having 1gb of ram. I contacted the micromax service people and they say its not a problem with the phone. I am at loss at solving this problem.

Recently I have purchased Micromax canvas spark Q380, through Snapdeal on dt. 06/05/2015 vide inv.no.S2CBCE/15-16/46600. But within the short period of span unfortunately problem arise in handset on dt. 16/06/2015.There is 'Faint black shade' appears at the bottom of right side on display. So immediately I approached to micromax care center which is situated at Bijapur road, SOLAPUR. Job sheet no- W031495-0615-17287714 dt. 16/06/2015. Customer service executive told me that your phones display & touch is not working properly so we have to change it & it will cost Rs. 2800/-. Further he told me that you will not get warranty of this handset because it's liquid flow inside the display by coming under pressure.

Well, my daughter was carrying this handset in her purse. You mean by keeping in purse handset is getting pressed & liquid flows. How sad! It shows how poor quality mobile phones you are selling in market. Because such type of handsets are getting only at Rs. 1000/- by China made.Then also I will suggest to all my relatives, friends, colleagues & neighbors not to purchase Micromax company mobiles which are very poor in quality. So it's my earnest request to you please arrange to send me new handset in lieu of defective one.

I have purchased online A114 micromax smert phone but with in six month , five time I go to service center at udaipur ( Rajasthan), and two time it was send to company by service center. so I think this is a mistake piece, please revert soon at over service center.

I bought this phone 10 months ago online and now which has got problem in charging connector. my phone is under warranty, and i submitted my phone in micromax service center situated in Dhenkanal (Odisha) but as the charging strip part is not available they could not fix it up so please provide the part to service centers as fast as possible and they also, one month back they had placed the order for the same part but till today they could not get it so they cant order it again.

I have purchased a micro max mobile model canvas night A350 on 28/12/15. on 15/7/2015 its battery gave some problem and i contacted to your authorized services center M/S Dani industries pvt ltd anand nagar,near saibaba temple vasai west thana-401202 contact no:0250-2339925. after checking the problem they told me that solve the battery problem.i submit my mobile to service center through customer job sheet no: *w030628071518012462*Dt.18/7/2015. i visit to services center they told me due to not availability of battery parts you have to wait another some days . please tell me when i well wait. please give your reply urgently other wise i will take legal action against micromax mobile company.

hi i kiran gurav i have submitted my mobile ad4500 on 7/7/2015 for defect and now it is upto 2 months going to complete still the required part is not come. what should i do now ? how many more days does it take ? or else u keep mobile and give me my money back.

I submitted my a104 for touch and speaker problem they give me my handset after 35 days but it was different mobile it was not mine. They told me that company replaced your mobile with this but this device is also not so good it also have touch, network problem. Again they take my handset to repair and this time they change my touch pad with some other older mobile and they give me again it have lower speaker problem and still the problem keeps on. I only want to ask that there is no any type of permanent solution and one more thing that if company replace the handset then it gives new one or some other scrap please reply.

I took it to near by service center( Imy location is chennai ) they said charging strip need to be changed, As I know very well If my handset is handed over in service center ll not be getting back for months. I just need to know is charging strip for A350 knight is available and will I get that repaired at any cost.
