Husain and Brothers, Kolkata on 01/06/2017 in the name of Sangrami Mahila Mandal, Tambakhuri Rajghat Mayurbhanj a self help group where chhatua production has been carried on.

So, please contact me or send some one of your company to look after the motor and repair as soon as possible and solve our problem.

I purchased pressure pump last year on 31-5-2017 now it is not working since one months and trying to reach customer helpline but not responding then reached to national consumer helpline. They gave me complaint number after i got call from crompton and they also gave me complaint number after i got call from executive regarding repairing.

But they are telling me a different story that you have attach distorted pump's pics. yes i marked a mail but no attachment was there, regarding pump and that mail id also not exist that's why mail bounced back but nothing has been done yet. Rakesh Amabata #9999196417.

Very very worst service of Crompton Greaves Neola smart mixer grinder. Product discontinued within 3 years and now parts are not available. My control board is not working and there is no availability of same part. What shall i do with that 'dabba". All are cheaters.

My induction is not working many time registered complaint but not solution at a time. Very bad service for crompton i am not satisfied this.

I am mohan (Ex serviceman). I bought a crompton greaves 5 watt led bulb on 16-12-16. Before the closure of warranty period of 2 years the bulb start flickering. The shop where I bought the LED bulb was closed. The serial No of LED bulb is R63000489. Now I request how can change the bulb please help me.

I had purchased CIL-250, CG, Circulating Pump Srl No. MM PO1QE 00492 from Manjeet Traders authorised dealer on 23.12.2017 vide Invoice No.MT/RI-430. Complaint was lodged on 04 Jul No.1807023416 with CC. & I was promised that a new pump will be sent to u next day by Service Centre (RK Motorised Workshop). In spite of several calls to Vicky Mohit Area Manager & Sh RK Kashyap your Service Centre no body is responding & told to wait till pump reached to you and said not to query further regarding replacement. Very bad behaviour of the concern staff. Even M/s Shikha of CC care never speak positively.

I am a regular customer of crompton greaves since 2002. I observe their service is going from bad to worse since last 2-3 years.

Wall mounted ceiling fan(heavy duty) and exhaust fan 18 inches are not working since 24 july 2018. Regular complaints at their customer service no &online service request has not yielded any results except sweetly worded sms stating my request will be attended in 24 hours.

Hi, I had purchased a Water Heater/Geyser on 25 dec 2016 which has got some issue of leaking water nearby a Air Gas Pipe. I had registered my concern on 10 Aug through the customer care and got complaint number-1808073353.

I am having to say this that Crompton does not have such sensitive staff who look after customer's grievances sensitively. I had to speak to customer care three times to know the status of my complain since there has not been single visit ever since i got this complaint registered. I had received the Technician number from crompton who only dodges on phone to visit my place.

It is now seventh day but still there is no positive follow-up neither from customer support nor from the Technician. All the time, i am having to call customer care which is also very time taking exercise due to overloading/Flooding of Calls.

Since so far i could only got assurances not resolution therefore request you to please look into this issue since it has already wasted my valuable time in last three follow-ups with customer support and technician.

My led bulb have fused in warranty period, i want replacement.

The UPS required service as it is stopped functioning. I tried to register for service twice through through your toll free no. 18004190505, I was kept on hold cost time for over seven mts. without the reprentative's response, the second attempt ended with the same result by cutting unresponded call after over 17 mts. both the times the automatic voice response chanting "the representative is busy he will contact u in 3, 5, 7,10,14 Mrs etc. my attempt to try on line was a still worse experience. I was asked to try customer care @crompton.co.in and then consumer support @crompton.co.in. that Site directed me to the former site. the former site again directed me to the latter site. this is how the customer is treated. am I to still rely on your company's products? I wish to bring this worst experience to the company's responsible authority for immediate response. will I get the response and register my service complaint ?

Dear Crompton

There is not good happening, and this is the first time we seeing that a brand like Crompton sells such useless water pump whose performance is “0” (zero). I purchased water pump 07-Oct-2018, but after few month pump is not working from Sunday 16-Dec-2018.

I also registered complaint by Monday 17-Dec-2018, complaint no 1812105827 There are no buddy give response from Crompton authorized service center. I am very fasted from Crompton service, now I want to replace this motor with a good quality motor or else refund the money back to us as service center Owner and Staff is very rude !"

Please look into this and resolve the matter to the full stop seeing that the Crompton pump works.
