Jio company net and calling problem and not solution from 26 jan 2018 till today there has been no solution to the problem. Jio company has given any kind of solution, when it was in trial period the speed and service was nice but now now no one listens to complains.

My no is 8709264266, inside my house call connectivity and internet not working properly. pl rectify the problem.

My complain not solve at all :-

1st: everyday problem on jio net at 5.30pm to 11.10 pm but it not solve. I can't t watch ipl matches without seeing round circle what is it customer get reply... jald jald se theek ho jayega. band karo apna jio.

2nd: Every day sim signal is lost, restarting the phone then its ok. It happens every few days.

I have an agreement with Jio Reliance as Rs 6ooo/- per month which was paid to me in advance but the Accountant of jio Reliance Mr Dhermander is not given me the draft at the time. I tried to make contact by phone he never reply me correctly or make buddy his mobile, why should my payment is not transfer to my bank account directly & intimate me. Second thing at the time of agreement it was inform to me that the maximum load of this towers are only charging of 750 watts appreciates which was absolutely just double I.e.1500 watts. I have taken 1KW commercial connection as per UP Electricity Board penalise me for overload Rs 600 per month. Make any considerable solution of this problem. Behavior of accountant is not good to me regarding inquiry about my payment's.

From 3 months I had been calling u ppls every time & u ppls told the issue will be resolved in 48 hours and after 48 hrs no actions are taken becoz there is no good coverage. so I am very much fed up with u ppls so plz kindly look into the matter.

I have been getting OTP for Jio RCS Messaging since 9AM this morning, I have not applied for or sent any such request. The OTP sms's are still coming. How do I dismiss or stop it ASAP! Thank you.

My Jio sim is active data is active but Jio TV is not working... It's showing some error.

My jio tv stopped and seeing a message.

Opps.. You must be on jio network or have a device with active jio sim to access your favorite channels/ programs.

Pls solve this problem and help me.

Please fix the network issue in my area because in my home I am not able to use the net and not able to talk to anyone properly. As I go down of my flat in the same location their is n problem in network and work properly without any fluctuation and gives a good speed but does not work in my home.

I have called Customer care so many times and they says that they will file the complain and problems will be fixed by nothing happened. 1 time the care person said my handset is not working properly and suggested to change. my brother had the same phone (lenovo k3 note) he bought another one but then also we are facing the problem.

There is only one thing which I can do now, that to throw my Jio sim and get to another network atlest they charge more price but work properly. I am feed up of calling care center ,and complaining. I want u to please solve my problem or I will switch to another sim card after my on going recharg ends. Kindle e mail me if any one from Jio care read this.

I have recharged my jiofi router ..7016709305 on 9th Nov but till date it is showing not recharged. My payment also deducted from my net banking account. On customer care office , they also not given proper reply at naroda Ahmedabad, Vithhal plaza. we have shown statement also but no reply from them.

Even with other 2g sim I can enjoy the internet at reasonable speed but with this 4g jio I can't even open a single page of any website after spending alot of money and recharging it for months of 2gb per day plan I hardly able to use 200 - 300 mb per day and the rest 1.7 -1.8 gb gone in waste due to bad network connection which is really a very bad performance not living upto the promise of giving us a fastest internet, this is not good it's a day light robbery... time has come to switch to either Airtel or Vodafone.. jio sucks and will continue to suck.

I had reported the network issue in my area for many times. Every time I am getting a same reply that jio have an issue in the area and with in three months we will solve it. I raised this issue for the first time in the January of 2018 at its December of 2018, still user customer representative have the same reply of the 3 weeks. Now I just want to know, will there any improvement in the network speed in my location even if in the next year???

Jio SUCKS.. dnt buy jio if u r a gamer but if u want to watch p*rn.. jio is your best option. jio only good to watch p*rn.
