When i login my net banking user id and password then click login. i got an alert "[usertx003] [106803] your account is locked for assistance, click on 'contact us'".

We are the CA holders of 30370.....6 of Battery House, in Hosur Branch. We faced problems in operating our net banking, without any valid reason, our net banking is locked, and we are unable to operate the same. 10 days back, we complained in this forum and we were advised to write to the local branch.
