Net banking facility locked for unknown reasons

We are the CA holders of 30370.....6 of Battery House, in Hosur Branch. We faced problems in operating our net banking, without any valid reason, our net banking is locked, and we are unable to operate the same. 10 days back, we complained in this forum and we were advised to write to the local branch. We had written a letter to the branch 10 days back, to till date no positive action is taken. Please enable us to operate the internet bank with immediate effect, our business is getting hampered because of this issue.

My Netbanking got disabled with just 3 attempts I later realized because Caps lock was on and it's been 4 days I am following up with their Netbanking service deparent to reset and they are unable to help me.

Vijaya Bank should have self service account unlock or password reset option set with 2 way authentication multifactor authentication.

I am using 4 banks account and out of them Vijaya is worst in terms of user experience nevigation and ease of accessible vijaya Netbanking.
