I think that the connection of Videocon d2h is going poor...it's not because of any signal problem or some incorrect wiring of dish tv..But it may be because of satellite problem. If the customer care can work on it then the problem can be sort out.

I have recharge my connection of amount 500 Rs/- on wrong ID 45934948 instead of 45934984. kindly refund my amount in correct ID No. 45934984.

I recharged my account for 215 rs on 13sep but from 17 sep i am not seen the serial channel other channel is activate solve the problem hurry.

I am calling from 2 hours, if the call is received by someone i am told to call later. What type of service is this?

I have been trying to contact the customer service number for the last few days to highlight a problem but unable to get connected. Thinking of discontinuing Videocon D2H.

I am having the connection and I have recently upgraded the setup box for better viewing but within a month of installation the setup box not working and I am unable to view the TV for the last couple of days and on informing the customer care people I have been given very rude reply and they inform that the technical person shall visit whenever he is free. Today it is already five completed days. I am not at all satisfied with this service and shall shift to some other provider immediately. I also recommend others people interested not to go for videocon DTH TV and subscribe other provider as this service is very bad worst, I have ever come across.

Customer ID 156530332 m no.9958556227 services of ndtv stopped msg not in your pack as I had paid for three month pack and this channel is running for last one year. suddenly why the services of ndtv stopped. pl check and restart the services of ndtv.

I Keshav Sabale very unhappy with (very bad experience with me) from your customer care employees on 06 Oct 2018. I want to subscribe 411 channel with my d2h but I call to your customer care employees at least 2 and more hours but the not good response from them (all employees very careless). I call your customer care from my register mob no 9673096986 at least 2 and more hours with 10 to 14 employees but all employees are very careless.

My personal mob bill to 2 hours ie. 120 and more rupees are deduct in my account bal who is responsible for this. I also taken up case with consumer court with all details. I also required to please send a soft copy of my call record on 06 oct 2018 with my mob number as given above with your customer care employees.

No customer service numbers works... unless some numbers spoke by computers. Waiting for jio.. I have ten connections in different names. Fed up with network and service keep changing without our concern. they charge too much. its a public's money loot legally and royally. they call us when they require and when we are busy. We can't reach them when we needed. PLZ DON'T TRUST ANY VIDEOCON NAMES ANY MORE. They have lost trust.. good bye.

Service is third class and dear customers donot go for videocon they do not value to the customers, they are stupid.

When I bought Videocon d2h 4 connections your guy not giving new dish an wire also antenna. but now when i have issues with my connection your customers care executives not continually disconnects calls i am tired with your service an your company is not good for me as a customer. plz give me solution.

Recharge done on 31/12/18 20:42:28 but every channel there is a message that it is not part of my package . Though I have Super Gold Package.Please do the needful immediately. Customer ID = 25320472. And please change my RTN from 9838859059 to 9935129332.

My amount is deducted for recharge and it is not refunded by videoconD2H. I m trying to call customer care, it is alwayz busy. They never call back. Some channels are blocked and no action is taken to unblock inspire of several complaints

I call customer to activate sport channel . The told me channel number 423 sony six 59 rs for 2 month. I activate that channel . But it's not activated so I call again . Then your other executive say 59 rs for 1 month and you can't deactivate for 2 month. It's fraud . Very nice tactic to thug a customer.
