Hi, I am having a real bad experience with one of your delivery agent - Narhari Yadav - phone no: 7338521700 . who was supposed to deliver my product. Immediately after checking that the status on Paytm order stating "Item Delivered" , when it is not actually delivered, I tried the first means of contact which you guys suggest on your website, " Wait for 72 hrs as the delivery guy will reach out to you".

I did the same, and also to be doubly sure, I also made a note of the phone number of the delivery guy on Paytm and called him, he told me that he has my parcel and is on his way to deliver but he didn't turn up . Called him at least 10 times and also messaged him several times, but he gives a lame excuse stating that he is in the hospital and he will deliver it soon, then he said the festival is on ad he will deliver it the next day.

I also called your paytm Help line number and lodged a complaint but I haven't heard back yet.

Unfortunately it is over 10 days now following up almost every day but I haven't received my product as yet. I dont know if you understand my frustration, but this is definitely not appreciated and not what I had expected from a famous brand like "Paytm mall". I am now scared to even place any future orders on Paytm Mall.

Kindly do the needful.

But i received today wrong item (SIZE-SMALL) Brand "Vico Continental" BELMARSH APPARELS. i booked this item (XXL size) for myself But because I received (small) size, it is not for use for my 14 year old son too. There is no return option for this product.in paytm site.

i tried so many times to call customer care by calling but i couldn't succeed. i have lost my trust on Paytm this time and feeling very bad.

Please take return this wrong item and send me the correct item which was i booked.

For this product i lost my rupees 549/- and i lost my faith on paytm too.

I have ordered medicine from Medlife app and its overall bill was Rs.664 and it has an offer from Paytm that if I pay from it I will get 150 cashback at minimum amount of 600 and my amount was above par. So, please take action regarding it and let me know what should i do from my side and process my refund (cashback) as soon as possible.

Paytm directs to the service provider for reversal request to recharge to a wrong mobile number. Service provider refuses to to do. paytm customer care email care @paytm.com is not working.

I have paid my lic policy emi through paytm on 12/11/2018 through my atm card,but transaction declined by lic and amount deducted from my bank account.There after a message received from paytm that your refund amount will be credited to your bank account with in 7-14 working days.Today i confirm with my bank they said the have not any entry or any information regarding the same.
