I'm very pissed off...This is the only online shopping which u got frustrated, first while ordering I didn't give power details later I suited, it's been over a month, literally I had called many times I even have proof, yet didn't even got chance to speak to an executive , u can't b so careless, wherein I payed my long back.. I'm gonna wait for couple of days..later in Evey media I'm gonna flourish thus with details!

I want to return my product but there is no option in the app...........I have mailed to support @lenskart.com also

I ordered two pair spec. I payed for two spec but i got only one pair..

Lenskart - Please check all my chats related to my order 1208646357, with your representatives in the last 5 days. I ordered two pairs of glasses which they promised delivery by 3 Feb. I said I m leaving the country and was requesting ur guys daily for the last five days to try processing the order earlier. They always said they would try but today, for no reason the representative says they cant deliver even by 3 Feb. Does Lenskart make any sense to this? Moreover, i have been trying to order since weeks but the product wasnt available. When it was available, some other representative I spoke to for placing the order messed it and couldnt order it. again the product wasnt available and I had to wait one more day for ordering.

Very Very unprofessional way of handling the customers I feel. The representatives just keep apologizing instead of providing any better service. Please please and please now deliver the glasses i ordered by any speed delivery methods so that I can get before I leave the country. You just cant play like this. I wish this message of mine is seen by the top management of lenskart.

I have bought two pair of specs were the quality of lens are very bad.I did return, but the story is same the i would return it back i need the cash back.

My Order number- #1208728025. I had received my glasses on the 17th of March,2018 and within a month the frame breaks and the glasses become useless. Is this the quality John Jacobs offers? Is this the standard of Lenskart?

The delivery date of my product was on 28th april but on 27th april I got an email saying that as I wasn't available my product was unable to he delivered. But I didn't receive any call or message from the delivery centre for the message that my item is supposed to be delivered on that day.... my order no.- 1209297577.

Both the eyeglasses are defective and not proper. Immediately on receipt, ur local person who visited home for eye sight test was informed, who has not so far reported to collect the same for doing the needful. Urgent action pl.

Ordered two pairs of specs from Lenskart from John Jacobs collection. The product which was delivered to me, both had some issue.

The 1st frame had a scratch on one side and the 2nd frame was faded to an extent as if it was 2 years old used frame. Initiated for a replacement but to my surprise again received the same defective product. After speaking to the customer care applied for replacement again and again the same thing was delivered. So received the product three times with the same defects in both the frames.

Even I personally went to the store and checked the frames, the frames in the store are perfectly fine. Not sure why these people are doing the same thing again and again.

As an alternative, they are asking to choose an alternative frame or go for a refund. They wasted my time for a month and could not deliver me a fine product!

I had ordered a frame of medium size but its not fitting me properly so I need to exchange it to small size. so please help me with that process.

Dear Sir,

I have been a regular customer of Lenskart product. But this is to bring to your kind notice that I am being the victim of a wrong product given by your store manager. I had ordered a rimless spectacles but was given a rimmed one instead. On persuasion the manager agreed that it was his mistake and got it changed. But sorry to say,due to the poor quality, the glass turned yellowish within a couple of months. Since it was in the guarantee period I confidently took the glasses to the store ,for my faith in Lenskart Service. It was happily received by the Store staff and was assured that the glass will be changed within a week. Ever since then I have been called to the store several times but in vain. It has been a month and a half that I am being continuously harassed by your store staff. And now after this long ordeal they have straight away refused to help. Even the customer care helpline seems to be futile.

Sorry to say, if this is the kind of business Lenskart deals in, I would not only discontinue using your products but also would discourage acquaintances to do so. Hope you will look into the matter and not let my faith in Lenskart fail.

On 10th nov i placed an order for 1 power sun glass from Lenskart shop located in VIP road in Zirakpur (Punjab) . At the time of purchase i was told by the salesman Name Mr. Prakash that it will be delivered to me on 15 Nov but till date 19th Nov i am not received any order . From past 4 days i am chasing my power sun glass and every time i am getting same response that they are still in the process of preparing it. kindly register my complaint, Order no is 1214590067.

I am a committed customer of yours. Almost all of my family members wear lenskart.

It is to bring to your notice that I have ordered two glasses (buy 1 get 1) on 07th Nov 18. Within no time one was delivered but there is no update on the second glass. It was supposed to be delivered latest by 14th Nov, but its 20 now. A bit disappointed with the service of yours this time.

The order no is 1214563666. Kindly, confirm the glass will be delivered this year.

I ordered spectacles in Lenskart store at Phoenix Mall, Chennai on 29th-Sep-2018. I eventually had to check my eye power in the store. During power checkup, the respective person had tested my eyes with various combination of lenses. I felt dizzy and uncomfortable with it and I had mentioned to him too. But he convinced me that, It adaptability issue of my eyes and it would take time. I obliged and paid for order and left the store. After a week time, I collected the product from store, and told him, I feel uncomfortable with the lens. But he convinced me to wear that specs for 1 week, resulting in Eye irritation and Red eye. I had to visit the store to exchange it. After long explanations, they accepted to exchange it and wanted to re-check my eye power. Its only after the second eye check up, they realized about the wrongly recorded eye power. They kept my specs in shelf and promised me for an earlier exchange, which would last for 2 weeks. I agreed and left.

Next week, incidentally I visited the mall, and I decided to check up on the updates of the exchange process. That's when I found out, they completely forgot about this and the specs is still there, where it was placed earlier. I was upset and the manager promised me to process it that day and would make sure, I would get my product ready in 1 week. Nothing happened. From there every week, I had to call the store to check on it, and every time, they have the same reply stating, "Its in progress". One day, I lost patience and I called the Store again, where Store manager gave his personal number to enquire and know about the order status, which was an utter waste. Because, whenever I call him, either he would be out of office on personal work or he would be busy.

After 40 days, On 18-Nov-2018, I got the call from Vinoth (lenskart employee), informing me that, they have lost the latest power card. He further asked me to visit the nearest Lenskart store, get and eye check up done and share the pic of the power card. I was upset and I had done what he asked me for. I shared the power card to him over whatsapp to his number on the same day. Then next two consecutive weeks, I again called to enquire on the status, and I was not given and appreciable response.

On 30-Nov-2018, I got pissed off. I called and enquired details for escalating the whole store. Then they found the seriousness of this, and promised me to deliver the product in 3 days. I obliged and accepted it. I checked on him on 3rd and 6th of December, still no valid information. I got pissed off, and I was intimated that my product is ready on Dec 8th. I already lost my patience. I gave the product for return on 7-Oct-18 and I get my product back on 12-Dec-18. It took approx. of 60 days, only after multiple visits and phone calls. I am totally disappointed with their reckless service. I want to escalate the higher management and se through this.

To summarize,

1. The eye check up was done by inexperienced guy, who recorded the wrong eye power.
2. I was forced to wear the defective glasses for 1 week, that resulted in eye irritation and red eye.
3. Product was given for exchange on 7-Oct-18 and the exchange process was initiated on 18-Nov-18.
4. Lost of Eye power card, as I had to visit the store again for power checkup
5. No proper communication, and had to call 4-5 times, for someone to pick up a call
6. I was promised with compensation and earlier delivery, and I was cheated.
7. Worst management and Customer care. highly reckless and no process followed.

While order spects at my home, the representative told me that good quality and thin glasses as Crizol, which I shown him. During delivery I checked the glasses were thick and heavy. I want to return this product and refund my money amount of Rs. 4,000/-. Please take your spects and return my money.

My frame has broken within the first 5 months and i was given word that i would get a replacement or a repair if anything happens within one year of purchase and now when i visit the store all they do is state a policy saying that they are not responsible for for any physical damage.i have been going in and out of the store and have called the customer care but they are not bothering to take action and they are saying that they are not responsible again.i had purchased this specs from this store after hearing that they have got a huge variety of collections but this has really made me not wanting to step into the store again.

A couple of weeks before, I booked an appointment with Lenskart for eye check-up. A refractionist, Mr. Sandeep Sharma came knocking at my door at the designated date with a smile at his face instantly capturing my attention. He was so well versed in his occupation that he motivated me to buy two progressive glasses. A well demeanoured person, he was quite polite and professional. A well groomed refractionist can change the fortunes of the Company and Sandeep is an example to emulate.
