What is the status of my insurance policy, i am unable to get it either from the site or Aviva customer care.

I regret to say that we are going to surrender my policy no.ALS2590215, due to,
1. lack of customer care services from ur side,
2. we don't have ur branch office near by Pallavaram, Chennai (ie, within 5km radius) (not interested by paying the premium online,etc)

The amount provided by the company in policy account statement is 175,000.00 but the cheque issues by the company is of 133,633.00. Please help me out of this and clearly tell about my policy status. I have also tried the customer care but that doesn't provide any information regarding this. So please have a look over this matter and help me out.

Refer my emails since 12.07.2017 regarding AVIVA Life Stage Advantage Policy wherein I have raised some queries. Without resolving my complaint, I was issued the policy on 28.07.2017. The same was was returned on 31.07.2017 under Free Lookup Period with your Chennai Office and I was photographed there on 31.07.17.

Your team in reply wanted redundant details which are readily available in your records. Even after mandating the details required through emails, my refund had not been effected so far (vide my latest email dt. 21.09.2017). I do not know whom to approach for redressal of my complaint despite sending periodic emails to your customer advocacy team.

I reiterate that I will not furnish the redundant details which are available in the application form for effecting refund. As per your office the details have became obsolete within a week of issuing the policy and they want the details afresh to effect refund- something strange which I fail to understand.
