On 26 April I have bought mini chopper from pigeon. Now it's not work properly is a 1 year warranty it's a request to repair or exchange. I have sent so many queries in 24 hours they will contact me. I m trying last 4 to 5 days continuously but no reply anyone.

I am not happy with the gas stove and dosa pan. I purchased the glass top four burners stove it's leaking the gas. I even I called up for customer service nobody replying properly.

I bought ultra 3burner gas stove (Black line) Just 45 days before. Its center on off switch knob cracked itself today.. Strange made of bakalite, still it cracked. It cracked with sound of"tick". Kindly solve the issue immediately i have given my complaint on your customer care toll free no also. So bad experience of well known,popular brand appliance. Very bad.

My 3burner Pigeon gas stove burner glass black top got gas leaked from the middle knob and burner knob caught fire. I informed to customer care service toll free No 1800-425-66666 on 26Oct18 by 09:45 or so about the condition of my stove but till now no technician has come to my house at Vijaynagar Bengaluru to rectify the stove. Several times I informed but nobody has come. My mobile No. 8074177801 may be verified and technician to repair the leaking knob be sent immediately.

Still I have one year of warranty period for my 2 burner gas stove..the knob is cracked and right now I am using the stove without knob which is dangerous...u ppl say u r available 24*7 but none of u r responding for the calls on toll free number.

This shows how careless service u r providing to Ur customers...this attitude may impact Ur goodwill if still u r left with any...Ur reputation is at stake, plz react fast.

Now,this Induction Cooktop is not working at all.

Very worst products and services in piegon. I have purchased pegion induction stove it's nor worked I trying customer care and booked compliment there's no service people called me since 5 days again I trying customer no always busy. I don't know when it's resolve no one buying any pegion products.
