Pathetic after sales service, once you purchase the product they least bother. The will work as per there convenience irrespective how much critical complaint you have lodged. I had lodged a complaint regarding leakage in gas stove, its almost 10 days waiting for them to call. Hope my problem resolve in 1 -2 months when there technician will be free. Complaint No. 786847. I think they are just waiting for the completion of warranty period.

writing with high disappointment on the services provided by your company. I bought stove in July from Bigbazaar, which has leakage. customer care no was given wrong on company warranty card, later contacted big bazaar and got the exact no. Calling customer care again and again but was most of the time no response. When it got connected service executive took around 20 days time to visit. in between nob caught fire due to leakage. Got Mr. Anil no. who sent the executive thrice, every time he says its fine but leakage is still there. I have shown him that fire was catching around nob. Now Mr. Anil is also not responding, post which got contact details of Mr. Aman he is also not responding to calls, text message sent to him.

Almost 3 months i have been following up, if your executive is unable to repair it means this stove is defective piece. kindly replace it with immediate action as this could lead to life threat. If anything happens to my family i will drag you all legally. Stop selling such defective pieces, if you cant give services.

Hoping to get in touch with the subject issue but in-vain, provided phone nos are given to fool the customer, trying to get pigeon company customer care on line provided by official web site, no one care to picks the call. now in dilemma where to call and register a complaint. location : nasik city, maharashtra.

Note:- for future customer, opt for established appliances company.

Fraud company, fake company very bad and poor quality and very bed services.

Your customer care services are hopeless no one picks up the phone ..ring goes on continuously or if the person picks up they don't respond properly ...what's the use of buying the product if no service is available.

I ordered pigeon special combi pack induction bottom pressure cooker on 01-02-21 and its under 5 years warranty. after using of 6 month only its bottom induction panel is coming out and now its not working. i tried several time to contact customer care but did not reached thats why i am booking this online complaint. please resolve my problem as early you can. thanks

I bought a dry gale iron on 14.1.2024 worst experience was it did not work properly when started to use its sparks like tikli pthataka and a very bad burning smell came. No one in the service centre to attend the call, very poor and worst company pigeon. Don't waste your money for the product.
