Dear sir.....please tell how to get information regarding Titanium Listing. How many days to top in posting?

I have bought a package of 60 premium leads in December 2015. I have posted around 8 listings, which are active. The Id Nos. are 18600714, 18600762, 18560446, 18560019, 18560496, 18600789, 18434301 and one is under screening. If you see the statistics, its really disappointing. Response is very poor, potential leads for having posted properties is zero. The overall response is not satisfactory. Your executive Mr. Basavaraj was informed about my displeasure. But there is no satisfactory response. I got 3 response for flat but nothing for the plots posted. I am very disappointed and regret having purchased your package. Kindly do the needful action required which will provide me immediate LEADS FOR PLOTS.

Nearly all my posts are being transferred to propertywala.com. when i am posting a property i get a confirmation from magicbricks. Soon after the post gets posted on propertywala.com and i will get a mail from them. why is this happening?? Also i am not getting good leads at all.

I have paid rupees 1925/- for gold package on 31.05.2017 through credit card. Your representative Shveta book the add.after 15 days my property not posted. My complaint no882055 of no use. pl look the matter immediately and inform.

After 3 days of advance payment no online listing of the property can be seen, Pls confirm with me. Very bad service.

I have already paid premium listing this month 9th, but still now i have get no leads. So how to start getting leads. pls advise me other wise deactivate my account and refund my amount.

I have booked a bronze type for renting my apartment in Matri Tranquil Bangalore and I paid Rs 1100 by Credit card. After receiving the money the staff mentions to pay another Rs 1925 towards the Gold plan. But actually when clicked the option for Rent and opted for Bronze immediately there must be message that this is for selling. But after receiving the payment you are demanding the more money. This amounts to misleading the customer. Kindly refund the amount paid by me immediately. Don't mislead the customer like this. I am constrained to give wide publicity if my amount is not refunded. Your immediate response is solicited.

But when I try to " Contact Now", a box with a message appears "your contact limit is over". Further, as per the said message, I also downloaded the Magicbricks App with the same mobile Number and mail ID. But still no change is noticed. I gave the feedback earlier but for result.

So please stop sending this type of Property Alert Mess anymore to my mail address if you don't allow me contact with the poster.

I had posted a commercial property for rent.i got a mail from magic bricks offering me a 50% discount on the renewal for my advertisement. i paid rs 1875 and later on could not find my paid advertisement. on following it up with magic bricks, they told me that the offer was for a residential adv only. so my renewing by paying rs 1875 was useless. now i have to ask for a REFUND from magic bricks. the adv with 50% discount offer was a MISLEADING AND A FRAUD. YOU SHOULD SPECIFY IN BOLD TERMS, and why flash it to me when i am doing commercial advertisement, sad.

The agent tel.no.8822369369 / 7981016525 called me to the site made me wait for more than half an hour and did not show up. To make matters worse he choose not to pick my call. When I called from another number he picked up and said he is at a different location. Pathetic service.

I have posted the property and given the payment of Rs. 3700.00 under Gold category. Till now no bidder has turned up. Pl. expedite the deal so that I can start another posting in Magic bricks for buying one property.

I have subscribed for the Gold package costing 1875/- on 21st of this month. It was mentioned that add would be placed on priority. However, not even a single person approached. what is the process and protocol? don't you check on this till the deal is closed? what is a point of paying amount to you?

I was getting continuous mail from these burgers based on which I had paid the money , I got a acknowledgement but once after few minutes another mail received stating the transaction had failed and process got rejected. I am trying to contact these people in both numbers where not able to contact. Yesterday the customer service numbers stated it sunday holiday and as i called working days the number is not working. An other number 6103900 staff picked the call and stated for a call back but no one had call till now.

Magic bricks sucks and do belive this company.

I purchased a Silver Package (ID No. 13452249) on 21st May from Magic Bricks. then I spoke to Magickbrick Systems and Customer care. Both assured me of good service. But even today I have not received ant SMS on my Registered Mobile Nos (2), and also no E-Mails at above address. No clarification recd. from Magickbricks.

I don't want to receive any property alert/notification/promotion etc. please stop this.

Dear Sirs. I want to post property sale message in Magic Bricks site but the area not available in your site. My Duplex house situated at Padum Nagar (Near Sirsa Check) at Bhilai-3. Kindly guide me.

My property is on Titanium since 28 June and to day is 10th July and the property is not up on the website even. There are 225 property appearing in search (both paid customers and unpaid customers) and my property is NOT even appearing in the searches forget about priority.

Is Magicbricks insensitive to customer complaints? I really do not understand what is happening.

Mr Pradeep Kumar called me repeatedly for few days to pay me rs 3300 for titanium pack payment by cheque into hdfc bank account in name of real-estate magic brick's sudyakiran building cp Delhi, which seems to fraudulent account to cheat customers. After payment no contact no progress.
