I purchased this product from Croma Juhu. Sales person promised delivery at door step and promising a visit from installation team would follow soon after delivery. Two weeks passed but no one visitied or called me. on complaint to customer care services, Croma staff informed me that for this particular product there is no such service from the company and I need to install the product on my own. I did that but the product is giving some whizzing sound in speakers on connection. Again complaint was lodged, but Croma failed till date to provide after sales service. I have been a regular customer of Croma but after this product I am at complete loss and wish to say good bye to Croma, who I feel can make a false convincing promise but sell such low standard products for their mere benefits.

I would also like to share my experience for the Purchased Phillips Speaker Tower for the benefits of others, who would surely not suffer any loss buying such products as I did.

I bought Samsung Side by Side refrigerator from above mentioned Croma Store on 30-6-2018 for 73800 INR. When we start using it after installation done by Samsung Company people, we observed that stuff is spoiling within 3-4 days, which was never a case prior. Even in cooked vegetable, fungi was grown. We called up Croma and as expected they redirected us to Samsung customer care. The technician who had come initially told us some sensor issue and later when we didnt agree, mentioned that it is fas issue and gas Need to be refilled and denied a replacement.

Now i want to ask, if this is a gas Leakage issue then CROMA should also share the responsibility of selling us FAULTY product and provide us replacement.

A costly Refrigerator which is one and half month old if not doing a cooling, which is bare minimum expectation then ,Customer should get replacement.

I am currently going through a series of calls with technicians of Samsung, who dont know what the problem is and doing trial and error on my fridge to correct it. My HOME IS NOT A WORKSHOP.

I am hoping, CROMA authorities will look into this matter and will provide me justified solution of my problem.

Otherwise CROMA is going to loose MANY MORE customers in future as in my whole friend and family circle i will Give a STRONG Opinion that DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM CROMA AS IT SELL FAULTY PRODUCT.

My name is Rupesh patel, i had purchased refrigerator from bhayander west store on 11th oct, i told to deliver me on dasehera on 18th oct.on this day we have some emotions to buy something, as u all promised me,today at 5 pm ur toll free number says there is no such a delivery today and they made contact with store, they said its our promise ,today u will get its on the way. Now i want to know where it is?is this make sense to play with emotions?if u deliver tomorrow so today what should i do of daserrah buying day?

I ordered a CROMA 8.5kg washing machine delivered 2 hours back vide order number SOA204005837612. The installation guy who came to install it discovered it had a major manufacturing defect in the form of broken top panel and he raised a replacement request from his end.

Kindly explain why such a product was sent, without a quality check.
Secondly, please let me know the expected date of delivery of the new product.
Thirdly, what is the compensation from your end in such a depressing scenario. You can imagine the time energy and money we have to waste now; besides the hassle of coordinating and getting a product sent back and re-delivered.

Lastly, multiple calls are being made from my end but none from your end..why is it becoming my headache to get a new product delivered.. what is your responsibility in this case?

My name is Milind balugade, i had purchased Toshiba 43C350 4k Led Tv from croma on tata neu app on 21th oct, i tv deliver me on 24th oct.the Toshiba brand warranty of same is updated as 2 yr but the brand warrenty of Toshiba is 3yr on Toshiba website and other online platform like Amazon and Flipkart also under festivals offer purchase of tv in period from 15 Sep to 31oct 22. the Toshiba customers care also confirms the brand warranty of 3 yrs and also sent confirmation email of it.i have forwarded the email received from Toshiba to croma for reference and I contacted croma customer care 10 times and registered complaints about it but the customers care only taking time and not giving any clear reply.

I have purchased laptop from kurla LBS croma store in September 2022 and he said that you will receive a cashback of 1500rs. Croma store agent said you will receive cashback after 3months and now 5 month is going on till now I didn't received the cashback. Such a bad service of croma and I will tweet on Twitter too.

I purchase 1ton AC from Croma on 17/05/2023 delivered on 20/05/2023. After that am waiting for installation, company say don't install outside. if u install outside then your warranty finish and am waiting for technician on 23/05/2023 .long period of time waiting for my AC installation. it's my first shopping from Croma.. now am thinking it's my bad decision. I never say to anyone shopping from Croma in whole life. Iam calling continuously but not responding anyone.

Purchased AC on 11 may 2023, received its copper pipe missing at time of installation, Croma technical confirm same and i called to customer care for resolution. Thereafter I asked to pay amount to technical and submit bill for reimbursement. Amount is 2490 but till now no refund received.

Registered complaint ID-C000960614, 100 REMINDER GIVEN BUT NO RESOLUTION.
