Hi Paytm team,

I have selected a product on the paytmmall app which has foloowing 2 offers;
1. Paytm cashback Special offer using coupon code "MOBFESTIVE20" To Get 20% Cashback*...... As per my knowledge this will be returned to my account once the product is dispatched (similar to my earlier order)
2. Get Additional 10% Cashback on purchase using ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Card.

Query on the 2nd offer.....
As per the T&C it is said that the whole order should be made through ICICI bank Credit or Debit Card and no Hybrid combination allowed. So If I make the MRP or Order payment (i.e. Amount without paytm cashback using coupon "MOBFESTIVE20") through the ICICI bank card, then does it mean that the ICICI bank account/card will receive 10% cashback as well as since paytm mall app used so the Festive offer MOBFESTIVE20 will get cashback in my paytm wallet?

So to summarize Payment made using ICICI (amount without paytm cashback coupon) & using also checking/tickmarking the PAYTM cashback. offer will provide me 2-types of cashback since it has regular cashback & additional cashback.... Right?

Please respond ASAP since the offer might expire or the product may get out-of-stock.

I had one order 1pair headphone as on date 07/10/2018 order ID no. 6219786452 and I have received packet 11/10/2018 while open box 1 headphones missing only one headphones found, so please look at this matter and resolve my problem, it's my request to you please refund one headphones amount in my pytm wallet. Sir, Today 11.10.18 I seen my paytm mall app, my delivery product order was delivered. How it is possible? I contact to delivery boy Mr. SAMRAT PRAMANIK, he says to complain himself darely. Today I have not any call and sms by delivery boy. Pls solve this problem immediately.

Finally I says, Sir It is not possible at any online purchasing shop ( Flipkart, Amazan, Snapdrel etc). Sir, I am a solid customer your paytm mall. How, a delivery boy misbehavior by me.

I have try to contact with care from last two days in 01133776677 for my ordered related. I dont understand what service are pay for customers. Atmost Rs.200/- deducted from me but disi not pick up my call. Very bad customer service. If now the customer care service are not call me then I will bound to be reported higher level about the service. At a time I am trying to contact them for more than half an hour and one hour, I have also recorded this timing in details. Further, I request to pls arrange to contact me as I need to your help.

You order at my PIN code address but the courier boy calls in another place and deliver a parcel. You do not home delivery. your delivery service is very bad. Paytm Mall shopping is a bad experience And order ruined my time and cost.

I have ordered a wallet delivery date was 22nd of august not when contacted got info that order returned no response from customer support as well.

This is the fake site. Because i have ordered Nike shoes from Paytm Mall and got woods in packet. Believe me please do not purchase any items from paytm mall. If this comment is seeing by Paytm mall employee, give me the process to return my payment. I am very disappointed and in very trouble. This is our INDIA so sad so sad.

Please dont purchase any product from this site. very poor service. When ever we order product that time we paid all the money but when ever they cancelled product then they said money will refund around 15 days.

I have received damaged product without any packing and bill. Paytm customer care service is worst. None ever picks up the call.

It's been more than 20 days and I haven't received my refund amount against order no 6109184887. I am not able to contact customer care agent. very poor service of paytm mall, I am irritated. I have mailed four times but no response from paytm mall.hope I will never use this app again in my life. kindly refund my amount as soon as possible, worst e-commerce app. i will not suggest anyone.

My item is not received but show deliver order id 6137351070 not recieved but item is show delivers paytm is fraud company. I am not satisfied company rule and very poor employees in paytm company.

I am very frustrated till now . They are not receiving calls, they have taken payment for a product and are not refund it till now. I called him on daily basis but not a single response in your side (Paytm Mall). If u can contact me ASAP so it's good otherwise I will escalate the issue.

Tata Safari or u want cash the company should provide and they are saying that first u should give me 11,400 RS. For Registration. Waste of money and waste of time with paytem. I try to call paytm user day to day there is no response of my call. I have try in 10 day maximum 10 time try call there is no answer by paytm customer care all time they show busy and busy. I advised with paytm you please close your company.
